(after she had already helped the people behind me in line). after joining them in the waiting area They told the employee I can go first because I was next in line. She then said she could actually help them, because the other guy might be awhile... I barely felt treated like a human, let alone a customer. I had no problem letting them know as I walked out the door that I wouldn't be back. This was confirmed when another customer walked out after me and said she banks at two places and highly recommends the other over chase.
