The employee asked me to have a seat, said she had an appointment but the other man could help me shortly. (after she had already helped the people behind me in line). after joining them in the waiting area They told the employee I can go first because I was next in line. She then said she could actually help them, because the other guy might be awhile... I barely felt treated like a human, let alone a customer. I had no problem letting them know as I walked out the door that I wouldn't be back. This was confirmed when another customer walked out after me and said she banks at two places and highly recommends the other over chase.
