I thought saving that extra $700 for our move across country was going to be worth it, but it wasn't worth the hassle we had with Budget and this location. First, when I made my reservation, it was supposed to have a car carrier, but luckily I came a couple of days before our move to make sure the carrier was attached to the reservation (it wasn't). Apparently, this is a one man operation at this location bc he wasn't there at noon and the doors were locked. Second, apparently this location likes to close at 2:30, so be prepared, they aren't staying a minute afterwards. Another good example of the lack of customer service would b the fact that they will not help you lose your car up on the transporter. I was told by the guy to check it out on YouTube. I've never loaded a car up on a transporter, and luckily I was able to figure it out, but I know Uhaul at least helps you out. Last thing, it seems like they didn't even inspect the truck that they gave me. First, I had a tire that was running flat on the truck and luckily caught it before we hit the Kansas border. Then the transporter had a flat tire, not once, but twice bc the valve stem was wearing down and old. In conclusion, what may seem like a great deal to move, don't ever use budget, especially this location. SN- after a lot of arguing with customer service about the hellish 1500+ mile trip, I was able to get a 20% credit to the trailer (which was like $80) and then one gas fill up reimbursed. Still doesn't help the help the 12 hour delay on the road with a dog.

I rented a truck on 9/17/23 and I rented it for 2 days. I had to pick it up in Colorado Springs…read morebecause they didn't have any trucks available where I wanted to pick it up which was Pueblo, Co. anyway I explained this to the gentleman where I picked the truck up and he gave me extra miles for it. That's where the trouble started when I turned the truck in at Greenwood Village they were closed so we filled out the paperwork and left it there. I called the next day and asked if there would be any more charges and the lady told me "NO" then 2 days later I got a $156.53 charge on my card! I went back and forth with someone sending my contract information and they said all they could do was refund $31! So I called them and was on the phone for an hour and a half trying to explain to them what my contract says and I was refunded only half! Oh and the people at this Greenwood Village office said I put 304 miles on the truck which I only put 200! So someone at this office is very dishonest!! I WILL NEVER RENT FROM BUDGET AGAIN THEY ARE CROOKS!!!

I went in for a basic oil change and car inspection. The staff was cordial, courteous, and prompt, which I really appreciated. Customer service was definitely a strong point. However, I did have some concerns about the thoroughness of the inspection. I was able to point out a few things myself that were initially missed, and it seemed like the technician performing the inspection may have been new, as they needed guidance from more experienced team members. Because of this, I don't feel completely confident that the inspection was as comprehensive as it should have been. Unfortunately, I don't currently have the time or resources to seek a second opinion, so I'll have to move forward and hope everything is in good shape. Fingers crossed.

After many, many Ubers, and a disastrous experience with Link on Demand (they never showed), I decided to rent a car. I called Enterprise, and made a reservation. It was a very simple process. It was actually probably cheaper per day than multiple Ubers. I was given a Camry, which was a mostly fun car with a huge trunk. It was easy to drive, although a bit naggy if you went even 1 mph over the speed limit. It also doesn't make any noise when it starts, so that was an adjustment. Everyone who helped me was friendly and cheerful. While this was only the second time in my whole life that I have rented a car, if I ever need another one, I'll probably use Enterprise. Unless another company offers drop-off and pick-up services. In that case, I'll go with them. Ubers and Lyfts add up fast.

It seemed fair and most of the other companies advertised around $120/month. January 15th, 2025 I received an email stating my new monthly price was going to be $181/month starting February 15th. Expect whatever they state as the on-going monthly rate to nearly double. No, I probably didn't read the fine print on the lease agreement. I assumed that a concrete floor with 3 walls and a door would just need a signature affirming I don't plan to live in it so that's on me. It's a horrible bait-and-switch business model...
