We like how the floor is split into smoking and non-smoking sections. We gamble relatively small amounts of money, and in both of our visits in the past year, we came out slightly ahead in our gambling on the slot machines. Our cashier paid us promptly and courteously. In October 2025, this casino had The Tipsy Cauldron Pop-up Pub, which had Halloween and Harry Potter themes. The bar was not busy when my husband and I arrived, but we waited several minutes for an employee to take our order. A girl that had 4 drinks in the 14 hour day who was practically sober was not allowed in because she tripped on her dress going upstairs. Meanwhile you can watch the inside of the bar from a tv outside and there's two guys holding up a girl that's literally blacked out, another dude wearing sunglasses double fisting drinks and another guy literally throwing up into his cup. But they chose a girl that was completely calm the entire time, wasn't slurring her words, having trouble walking by herself aside from tripping on her dress one time on the stairs. She never yelled at them or caused a scene at all. We just all sat outside and waited the next couple hours for our shuttle to come back and pick us up. This place ruined the entire night and we all came ready to spend money with no budget. So one staff member effectively cost this place thousands for one night and now none of our family and friends will ever step back into a Live Casino because of this. And we'll continue to share our complete disaster of a night so hopefully no one else ever has to go through this.
