She was patient and kind, offered suggestions and was so attentive. I will certainly be back for any formal wear that my family needs and have told everyone of our great experience and recommended that others go there. I messaged the Facebook page two separate times with questions and both times their responses were prompt and thorough. The online booking system on the website made it easy for me to schedule the appointment when it was convenient for me, and I received a confirmation email the following day (which I gathered to be from an actual human instead of an automated response). I wanted trying on wedding dresses to be a fun and special day for me and my group of girls and One Love One Dream definitely exceeded my expectations. We had our own private room with chairs and snacks and a consultant working with us exclusively which made me feel important and that they value my business. The shop is beautiful, clean and organized. Our consultant Amanda was friendly and knowledgeable - she was so helpful through the whole process, answering questions, making suggestions, and having fun with us. They provided champagne when I said "yes" to the dress and let us have our own little celebration, I was never rushed out of the store or to the cash. In all the excitement, I left my wallet in the store and I didn't even know it, and they gave me a call to let me know they found it and that it would be waiting there safe and sound for me whenever I could come get it. I bought a sale dress off the rack that requires a couple of small repairs and I received a follow up email to assure me that it is being taken care of for me! We could not have asked for a better experience. It is so great to have such a big part of the wedding planning taken care of - and to have had a totally painless, stress-free experience. I did t know about this shop, My sewing machine was acting…read moreup and I needed help to fix it. I phoned around and another shop asked me $120 just to look at the machine. Then I found the Ultimate Sewing place. Even though it was closed because Covid hours, they opened the door for me and the owner in 10 minutes had the machine working perfectly. I was amazed. When I wanted to pay, Shirly said: "Pass this forward". That meant I should do the same for somebody else. We are thrilled that are other people in our retail business that have a conscience and think about others. I will become a client!

Still, I decided to leave four items at the store. Weeks later, when I called to see if any of my items had sold, I was informed that there were only three items listed. When I asked what happened to my fourth item, I was told it must have be defective and was donated. All my items were in excellent condition. I was then told that only one of the remaining three items sold. I decided to take my items back and donate them to a charity of my choice; however, the staff could not find one of them items. Eventually, I was told that it sold but the tag was gone, so the staff did not know it was mine. The store is unorganized and unwelcoming. Only one staff member was willing to help me, and I am grateful for her assistance. I will not be listing or shopping at this store again. It has been a horrible and stressful experience.
