Are you ready for Summer? Well it's not too late. I've lived here for 5 months and I can't believe…read moreI've only found this gem of a store just recently. They have an amazing sale running right now where everything is either 70-80% off or 10 items for $10 (you must purchase 10 items to get them at $10 - that's a dollar an item!). You can mix and match the 10/$10 items. I bought a flower hair pins, an ear cuff, earrings, blue hair chalk, a pair of black tights with a cut out design at the bottom, pretty fuchsia nail polish and matching lip gloss, a sponge hair bun maker, a wide gray belt and thong slippers. I took a look around the store and saw ribbed tank tops for $1.50, bikini separates for $2.90, leggings for $2.50, lace bras for $3.10, beach bags for $3.70, trendy sneakers (high top and low) for under $4, and maxi dresses for $6.90. For the 10/$10 sale I saw fish net stockings, textured tights, wallets, underwear, socks, flip flops, belts, caps, scarves, costume jewelry, make up, sunglasses and hair accessories. This store is perfect if you have a young daughter who is into fashion but you are on a strict budget. You can find them trendy, cute items that won't break the bank. I'm planning to bring my friend's daughter here as a birthday gift and have her go on a 10/$10 shopping spree. Don't get me wrong, this store is also for all of us "older" fashionistas who love to have an ever changing wardrobe. FYI don't expect the clothes to last like those high end, designer, pay an arm and a leg outfits. These clothes are for fun, for the current season. Here you can afford to switch out your wardrobe for the next season. I guess if you take really good care of the clothes here they will last you longer, but then what's the fun in wearing the same outfits over and over again? Boring!!!!!

I like the idea of this place. You bring in your gently used items and they will buy things that…read moreare currently trending (which honestly always seems to be forever21 type clothing), and you get a few bucks in cash right back. Sometimes they take a few hours to go through your stuff depending on volume of people. You can leave or shop around while you wait. Shopping here is interesting. It really illustrates how sizes can differ between brands because there's stuff in large that fit a small person, and vice versa. The store itself is usually organized best they can. A few time though, I did want to purchase something and it had tears or rips in them. But they were being sold at the same or higher price than other pieces of similar style. While I understand the idea is that these are pre-owned, I think they need to maybe review the seams a lot closer before hanging up for sale. It's a bit disappointing to think you found something great at a good value, only to realize it's damaged and you can't really justify getting it.

I came across this store and found out they have multiple locations around GTA. So I went to this location, they had a lot of second hand items available. They take brand name items. They don't just take clothes, they also take hand bags, wallets and accessories. You would simply just need to tell them you're looking to sell. You will need to provide your phone number and a piece of photo I.D. They will send you a text once they have gone through the items. Just be mindful that they don't take everything. They can be very picky too. Sometimes I would bring in a bag of clothes and leave with not being able to sell any of it. It really depends on what they need as they had explained to me before they don't want to over stock on stuff they already have or they don't need for the season. So far, I've sold to them 5-6 times and got back about $30-$40 total. It's certainly not a lot of money but to me it's still something. Before I donate the items, I might as well bring them here and give it a shot to see if I could get back a few dollars here and there.

It made sense to get this particular gift because my cousin that is getting married collects snow globes and my wife and I often buy her one and send it to her whenever we go somewhere where we think she may not have a snow globe of that place. The store has a bunch of different gift things like picture frames, desk items like paperweights, pens, jewelry like bracelets and just about anything you can think of that is personalized by engraving. The snow globe we bought was 40 dollars and with the customized engraving it turned out to be about 80 with tax. It's a nice gift for my cousin because of her love of snow globes. Besides that you'd have to like the stuff in the store to buy it whether you really want it engraved or not. We were able to get our purchased engraved the same day but we had to come back in about half an hour. Friendly staff here!

The employees need to take some customer service courses and learn how to be polite with customers and respect. I have never been so belittled before. They were talking to me as if I had no education and didnt understand english and how retail works in fact I have and still am working in retail. If any of my employees had talked to customers the way I was spoken too , I would be speechless. I would also like to add that I had gone to location at dufferin Mall in Toronto which received excellent customer service. Maybe you should send your employees there to be trained on customer service skills.
