I've visited multiple times, Every time I walk inn it's very evident, that they pick and chose who they approach, they will avoid you if you don't 'look' a specific way. Or insist on someone helping you place an order, but mostly they thrive on their design consult. It's really remarkable and offensive. Here's an example tat any working parent can relate too, On days I'm working were generally dressed well, I certainly get a very different reaction and treatment HERE, vs. When I'm running errands in a track suit hair up in a messy bun it u set a hat , with my children. I specifically came inn today for. $$2,6k over sized acrylic and glass coffee table, as well as a $3k chandelier for our foyer, however... due to the reaction and all those free /unoccupied employees walking past me, on the floor and in the back in the dales area, next to their office. We left once again with no purchase. although We would linger, walk in multiple circles, to admire, remeasure and in hopes we can get a sales rep. No eye contact hello, or any sign of acknowledgement.. In comparison to their competitors next door! Who had much better service, and get this ... the Same and or similar items, and some...... so, We decided to take my business elsewhere. ‍ Sorry Kimberly .... your staff blew it for us, over and over again !

Let's start with the customer service: Vanette is the most friendly, down to earth, and amazing sales associate I have spoken to in a long time. As another retail employee, I model my service on hers. I spent probably 15-20 minutes just chatting with her - she didn't make me feel pressured or unwelcome in any way, which is much appreciated (and to be honest, can be rare nowadays). I appreciate the good customer service. I am more of a mid century modern guy while this collection is very contemporary. However, I still like a lot of their things personally (huge, gorgeous live edge acacia dining table made me wish I had a bigger apartment). TL;DR: this store has out of this world customer service and a very nice collection. Vanette really deserves to be recognized as she is outstanding.

This HomeSense is a combo store with Winners. I saw both these stores on Sunday on my way to an…read moreeatery for lunch. Coming back, I decided to check out this store. It's in a plaza with parking. It was pretty busy. I ended up parking in front of Sleep Country Canada. I could have used a nap after a huge meal, but I went shopping. I like these combo stores because you can walk between them without any barriers. You don't have to go outside. It's nice, especially when there was light snow happening. I liked the Hello Kitty bedding. I don't have any. Same goes with a Hello Kitty pillow. It was so cute. The drinkware section was cool. There was a discussion between two customers and a HomeSense employee. The customer was looking at all YETI tumblers. They all had missing lids. It was weird. I saw an Umbra penguin liquid soap dispenser. I love Umbra. This dispenser seemed small, but it was cute and functional. It's a huge store. I saw mermaid tails. The linens section looked inviting. The lineup at the checkout was long, but it did move fairly quickly. I ended up grabbing a Keroppi Squishmallows plushie while in line. The price was great and the plushie is adorable. I had the nicest woman at the checkout. I was purchasing a small Kipling crossbody purse. She was squeezing the cheeks of the monkey attached to the purse. She was equally as enamoured as I was. I paid with a credit card. I tapped and all was great. She asked if I needed a bag. I declined. I grabbed my purchases and headed to my car as huge snowflakes were falling. One snowflake went in my right ear. I wonder if that's a good omen. I had a fun experience here. One of these days, I may have Hello Kitty bedding. If I do, you'll know where I got it. (61)

What an amazing group of kind, honest, and genuinely caring people! Yesterday morning, I had a moment of panic when I realized my wallet was missing--the Louis Vuitton wallet my daughters gifted me for a special birthday. Inside were my credit cards, gift cards, and some birthday money I had just withdrawn. Needless to say, I was distraught and retracing my steps as quickly as I could. When I called HomeSense, a lovely lady in Customer Service answered and calmly asked for my name. To my shock and absolute relief, she told me my wallet had been found and kept safely for me! I can't express how emotional I felt--I was overwhelmed with tears and gratitude. On my way back to Vaughan Mills to pick it up, I learned that the HomeSense team had even reached out to my condo building to confirm they had my wallet, just to make sure I got the message. That kind of care and effort is beyond words. In a world where it sometimes feels like there's too much negativity, this experience reminded me how much goodness still exists. The staff at HomeSense Vaughan Mills, including Jessica and everyone who helped, showed the very best of humanity. I'm also deeply thankful to the wonderful customer who turned my wallet in. No matter which ashley store you bought from and which sales person who helped you , the commission goes to that person who collected your information first. Even if you can buy it at a better deal at another ahshely store, it is difficult to trade because of that seller. i have very bad experience from 7979 weston Rd woodbridge salesperson . He did which I mentioned to me. He was so rude and didn't like the service, but he made a profit like this. The most horrible thing was for price match , i had to deal with this person even though i don't want contact him anymore this is what ashley policy is ,so i contacted him because I didn't have a choice. When I first called him, First , he asked me sending a sales order for price match by text , so I did as he said . i called him again because he didn't contact me after hours. he said he couldn't find the price on the website this time, so secondly, he request me to find price on the website and send him an email. so i asked him "If you want to make this request again, why didn't you reply me when you get my email ?? then He spoke to me. There are 100 customers waiting for him and he doesn't have time for this matter ;moreover, thirthly , he requested me again , find out every single items pictures with price on website which you claimed about and send him an email . I can not believe this situation. I have spent more that 6000 cad and treat me Without any respect as a customer. he could find it in ashley company website with the model numbers. I am a newcomer ,so he knew I have difficulty with English. I felt that the salesman was ignoring me and look down to me Because of matter I asked the ashley customer headquarters for help ,but only they said that they can report to his store manager to solve problem but The store manager didn't help me or call me too I've been waiting for three days so far to get an answer from him still no one contact me !!!!!!! worst experience i have ever had . I don't want to give even one star to this store. there was no choice DO NOT GO THIS STORE !!!!!!!!!!!! Terrible service !!!!!!
