But I just CANNOT deal with this store. Every time I go in, its swarming with kidlets and the music is just way too loud. Maybe I'm getting old but when I can't turn around and ask my boyfriend if he likes the top I'm holding without yelling, its too loud. Lately I've been inclined to walk right by this store because its so very annoying. The service here isn't anything special either, the store employees probably can't help much because its so loud and they walk around ignoring customers. As someone who's in my late 20's and has money to burn, these people should be approaching me and asking if I need help. A little service goes a long way. Overall, not impressed. I'll go back to shopping at the PTC or at the location in Ajax.

I found a pair of leggings I liked but I couldn't find my size, when I asked one of the other older girls if they had any other sizes in the back she acted as if I had ruined her day and did a half-fasted check with another worker who said they were out. I then asked the older lady if they had any high waisted ones and she pointed to the regular leggings and when I asked if she was sure they were the high waisted ones she again acted as if I was ruining her day. She quickly sorted through the pile looked at the tag and told me yes. I bought the leggings trusting she would know better. Turns out she didn't, they were the regular pair which was exactly what I didn't want. If it wasn't for the rude service I might have been okay with being given the wrong information.

My only problem is that when they first opened their prices were quite modest. Over time the clothing became more and more expensive. I do believe they had a problem with their clothing still having the American price tags on them. But its been painful to watch the clothing nearly double in price since September. Also fingers crossed they'll start bringing "online exclusive" clothing IN stores. I refuse to buy clothing online as its never a guarantee it'll be a nice fit and would hate to waste the money to try and return later.

The staff here are always really nice…read more They'll greet you and leave you to do your shopping - remaining available incase you do have any questions or need help with anything. Good selection in the sales area and neatly organized. The store itself is also really clean all the time - neat and tidy too. Unlike other store locations, their change rooms here aren't filled with dust bunnies, so I actually feel comfortable to use the change rooms. They also have bathrooms available for their customers given that it's a plaza and bathrooms aren't readily available for non-staff at most places.

Apparently this store has been here since the Durham Centre opened so I'm not quite sure how I've…read moremissed it for all these years. This store is well laid out and the staff are always friendly. Reitmans always carries good quality clothes for a great price and it's nice to be able to shop in a Canadian owned business when we seem to be surrounding ourselves with the American conglomerates. I've always purchased both work and casual clothes from Reitmans but at the Morningside location, which is technically closer to me, but this Ajax location has a fantastic selection so it's nice to have the choice.

As the chain itself I love me my H&M - cute clothes for both play and work at pretty reasonable…read moreprices. Plus their accessories are amazing! Unique and pretty cheap...love love love their accessories section. In the summer they have the cutest swimwear...I mean you can get a bikini top for $5! This particular store in the Pickering Town centre is ok. I wish it was bigger...or better laid out. It feels very cramped. Also this particular location doesn't have the same selection of accessories as the other locations - it is much smaller.

I really want to like this store... but when you've been to the Eaton Centre location, it just seems worse and worse. I don't mind H&M and the store downtown is well laid out, well organized and you can generally find what you're looking for without TOO much searching. This particular location is kind of awful... they've tried to pack so much stuff into the women's area that its difficult to get around, difficult to actually SEE the product and its not a pleasant shopping experience. Tack on that it always looks like a bomb has gone off in the store, with clothes everywhere, and that the staff are at best detached, I generally avoid this store unless I can't get downtown to shop. I was here last night poking around, looking for some new work shirts and (as always with H&M) accessories. I basically floated through the women's section right to the back because I couldn't be bothered to dig in a store that's not Winners-esque. And I was SUPER disappointed with the lack of accessories at this location. They used to have better wider selection and now they basically have a ton of handbags, shoes and not a lot of jewelery. The staff that helped me wasn't very friendly either and a note to the staff here - the entire country is NOT doing pennies anymore. Everywhere else is following that policy so no need to be rude when I inquire about the round up/down. I'll keep shopping at the Eaton Centre location instead of coming back here again.
