It was definitely a fantastic experience. I found some swimsuits that I really liked but the store was closing so I had to cut my appointment short. I will definitely be back to pick up a swimsuit. The prices for swimwear range between $150-$400 for a one piece and $80 for a bikini bottom and maybe between $120-$200 for a bikini top. If you want to be pampered and really discover what looks good on you, this is the place to come! It is ideal for you to book an appointment as the product is not available for you to browse through. They were proven completely invalid seeing as I was able to go in store without an appointment and buy what I needed (I had bought a gift card before realizing they completely gutted their customer service experience) but the sales associate was pushing me to pay an "appointment fee" to try on the items that I already know fit because I've spent thousands of dollars at SFYS on the same brand. I will now be forced to just shop bordelle on their website and just pay the shipping because there is no longer any incentive to get my shopping done at SFYS because they gatekeep TRYING ITEMS ON which is a basic integral purpose of in person retail shopping. Good job making yourselves obsolete and excluding your customers from an experience that has always been simple to provide. Asking someone to pay $85 upfront just to try on an item they're clearly about to purchase who has already spent over $2000 in your store is not a business practice I would suggest if you want customer loyalty or basic comfort in your store. It seems like being exclusive and pricing your customers who can actually afford to shop there out of the enjoyable experience of shopping there. Get new management or change your policies. Although the bra are are on the pricier side they are worth it, the construction of each bra is very high quality and they are so comfortable and as I said before fit perfect. The staff is focused on fit if the bra is not quite right they say so. No pressure to buy a lot just help to find the right bra. Also at the store they have cleaning supplies, I bought a bottle of it and it is so easy. You put a cap for into a gallon of water and let your bra soak for 10-15 mins then just hang them up to dry. NO washing machine, NO scrubbing and NO special bag (bag for delicates) needed. Love the store! Will be back for sure.

I was in training and everything i was being taught was wrong because i went back to check everything to make sure it was correct. The manager Gillian was rude and disrespectful and probably one of the meanest people i have ever met. Then the new manager fired me after my second shift working (still in training), they gave me no explanation, because if i knew an explanation i would want to change and do better for myself. Then the training manager and the new manager were staring at me and pointing at me while I was working. I have never felt so uncomfortable and horrible about my self then ever being in that store. I would advise you to not apply at the promenade location. The merchandise is well made and beautiful, go ahead and shop just be careful. As well, when i was in training they told me to lie and say everything looks good so they can sell and make commission.
