Although she was in training she was very knowledgeable and gave her genuine opinion. It is very difficult for me to find bras in my size and was relieved when I saw their selection. The only downside is that it the bras are expensive. If I didn't have such a difficult time finding properly fitting bras I would have opted for a cheaper option.

I was in training and everything i was being taught was wrong because i went back to check everything to make sure it was correct. The manager Gillian was rude and disrespectful and probably one of the meanest people i have ever met. Then the new manager fired me after my second shift working (still in training), they gave me no explanation, because if i knew an explanation i would want to change and do better for myself. Then the training manager and the new manager were staring at me and pointing at me while I was working. I have never felt so uncomfortable and horrible about my self then ever being in that store. I would advise you to not apply at the promenade location. The merchandise is well made and beautiful, go ahead and shop just be careful. As well, when i was in training they told me to lie and say everything looks good so they can sell and make commission. I would suggest going with someone you feel comfortable being around to shop there. Good luck!

After 7 days I came back to share my feedback of the bra and was told I could have exchanged within 7 days. I asked Dawn or Donna why I was not advised of this and it's not written on the receipt. That there is no return or exchange on sale items but on regular priced items there is a 7 day window. No reply was provided. This bra doesn't work with my clothes. This place doesn't operate ethically. Please really be careful they will say anything to make a sale. The sales manager's approach is rude when I asked her why she was dishonest and not transparent with their policies. Now I am stuck with this product. It's a painful lesson to learn that there are establishments that operate unethically. Please be careful. It surprises me that Sophia would allow her staff to operate using unethical business practices. Tarnishing her reputation. The fact that sophia has not reached out to resolve this matter further supports this review. I have read reviews from 8-9 years ago and they have been operating using these same unethical practices.

Rose you are incredibly snobby, disrespectful and just as a big of an arrogant b*tch as your employee was to me. I have told others to stay away from this store. I've been wearing their balconette bras for a few days and it's one of the better fitting bras I've ever had. I like that it lifts the girls but doesn't make them look more overblown than they already are (my considerably less endowed and probably jealous friend always claims they look like they're gonna eat her). I'll very likely go back and get some other ones since they are so comfy and quite reasonably priced. I'm going to wait a couple weeks to see how they wear through washing etc before I decide. Just FYI, they follow European sizing, so don't be put off by what you end up in. For example, I've traditionally worn 40D or 40DD at Victoria Secret, Calvin Klein, Olga, Lily of something or another, and Warner's. At Change, I ended up with 38G.

I am so stoked after my first visit to Change. As a girl blessed in the chest, finding bras and…read moreespecially bathing suits that fit me well can be a challenge. My choices are bras from Victoria's Secret that mostly fit, but only last a few months before they start to fall apart, or going to a store like Secrets From Your Sister where a good fitting ensures the right size but you can expect to spend at minimum $100 a bra. For a bathing suit in a bra-sized top, I had been planning on spending a solid chunk of money at Melmira to find one that fit perfectly. And then I walked by Change. I was fitted by the girl who was working there, and I was kinda surprised to hear my bra size having a way smaller band size and way bigger cup size than I'm used to, but I don't care what the tag says, I just care about the fit. I tried on quite a few until I found two bras I really liked. In terms of swimsuits, I was able to find a bikini top that made me feel cute, supported and secure, a definite win. I'm taking away one star only because some of what I felt were the cuter styles of bathing suits and bras were not available in their full size range. Best news of all? Two bras and one bikini (top and bottom) for only 175. Win.

They were proven completely invalid seeing as I was able to go in store without an appointment and buy what I needed (I had bought a gift card before realizing they completely gutted their customer service experience) but the sales associate was pushing me to pay an "appointment fee" to try on the items that I already know fit because I've spent thousands of dollars at SFYS on the same brand. I will now be forced to just shop bordelle on their website and just pay the shipping because there is no longer any incentive to get my shopping done at SFYS because they gatekeep TRYING ITEMS ON which is a basic integral purpose of in person retail shopping. Good job making yourselves obsolete and excluding your customers from an experience that has always been simple to provide. Asking someone to pay $85 upfront just to try on an item they're clearly about to purchase who has already spent over $2000 in your store is not a business practice I would suggest if you want customer loyalty or basic comfort in your store. It seems like being exclusive and pricing your customers who can actually afford to shop there out of the enjoyable experience of shopping there. Get new management or change your policies.
