The young women helping me out in the changing room was fantastic very friendly & helpful I would give her a five star. BUT the cashier is slimy I've been in the sales business for years and I've seen my share of dirt. I'm cashing out and she asks if I want the club card of course I say no than she says well you get 10% discount and are special offer you get the card for free so of course I say yes.Well at the end the total is higher and she says the system doesn't know how to deal with the offer something like it will correct it self. i know it's only $10 but she lied to my face about the card being free. It was Friday and I was burned out from the last 10 days and I should have looked at the receipt right when it was done. I didn't I just wanted to get home. This is one of multiple lingerie stores at the mall so you may want to check them out to compare. We didn't as this was the first one we came to and didn't know there were more. Very pricey. My total was $178 for a strapless bra, pair of panties, bra and thong set, and robe. Variety of options and sizes. Nice size store. read more

First time sales staff were short with me. Ladydidnt check sizesand I grabbed wrong size and she shorted me a pair of underwear by not counting (didnt get 3 free). Went again. Rude rude short attitudes. One lady told me to focus. The next one I said I had the wrong size to pay for and she told me I had the right size and to "get my clothes on and back on the floor". I looked at my card I did have the wrong size. I told sales girl what happened, she justified it and acted irritated with me. There were other things I wanted to buy but so mad didnt. Eaton Centre La Senza used to be my favourite store up but I've had enough. The past 2 years of shopping here have been a nightmare. - A clear distinction between actual customer service and money-hungry people. You clearly can tell who is making commission and it makes the shopping experience extremely annoying. I can't decide between two colours of a bra without 5 associates coming at me for the sales. - Several times I've witnessed management talk down on their sales associate. - Candace is the most condescending associate I've ever encountered. I was trying on bras in the fitting room and the way she speaks to her peers is completely unacceptable. I don't understand why or how she even has a job there. - Cashiers are rude. They're on autopilot to sell their subscription cards. This store is garbage. No real human interaction. Just money hungry. Their motto is suppose to be empowering women? That's a complete joke. They make everyone including their own staff feel horrible. read more

After getting poor service at VS, I came here and was immediately helped by someone. And even if she hadn't of come by, I would have been OK because La Senza's store is much better organized, with a dedicated section for strapless bras (rather than the oh you just have to open all the drawers in your size to see if it comes in a strapless format and I'm too busy to help you out). I've been to La Senza a few times this past year, and have always been helped by the staff. If you've never gotten a bra fitting, definitely take their offer for one. This La Senza is located in the Eaton Centre on the bottom level across from Starbucks and beside Forever XXI. It's fairly small, by La Senza standards, but they have all of the basics and generally have most of the newest merchandise as its coming out. I came here on a mission to find a low-rise strapless bra to go with a dress that I'd bought for a wedding. I poked around and didn't really see ANYTHING that looked like it was strapless or really low cut. Usually when I come into this store, I'm greeted fairly quickly (the previous time, i was looking for something specific and they found it right away and directed me to the right area of the store) but this time nothing. I had to track down someone to help me (and the store wasn't that busy at 2PM on a Thursday afternoon). They basically told me they didn't have exactly what I was looking for but offered this "cups only" type of bra. The associate directed me towards the back of the store to get one. My main hangup here is that they don't even have proper bras for you to try on when it comes to this "cups only" style. I had to try on a sample, and the girl kept telling me that they were "really sticky" only this one had been tried on quite a bunch and wasn't sticky at all. Then they didn't have my size - as someone fairly busty, if you will, nothing pisses me off more than a lingerie store not having my size (when they usually carry it). She gave me the closest size he had and honestly, I don't see what the point was. It didn't fit, I couldn't get a sense of what it would actually be like on and it was over $30! You've gotta be kidding me! I will note that one of the girls gave me a few suggestions on where to go to find what I was looking for. Overall, this location has been a disappointment for me in recent past. Getting assistance is generally hit or miss and I've had a hard time finding stock in my size and colors all the time. In general, La Senza has gone downhill for me in recent years. I won't really even bother with this store going forward; the outlet in Ajax or the massive store at Vaughan have everything you could ever want and almost all of it is sale stuff. It's still a great place to get cheap undies, but after a while, you need to upgrade to better quality stuff. read more

Disappointed and disgusted with this location. Will never come back here. I was shopping during the promotion of buy 2 bras get 3 free. As I was cashing out, I was trying to redeem my birthday coupon of $15. The lady at the cashier asked her manager why my coupon wasn't scanning in and asked if she could manually enter it in. Without any hesitation, she quickly replied "no" you can't use your coupon on this purchase, it says right here on the email. I dropped my stuff and stormed out of the store. I called La Senza customer service and explained my situation. The agent I had on the phone said I should be able to redeem my coupon. So I politely asked if they could speak to the manager in the store so I wouldn't have anymore problems so I put them hold on while I went back into the store. In a rude voice I was asked what I was doing back in the store. I said I'm on the phone with customer service and they want to speak with you. I gave the manager my phone and she flipped right off on the customer service agent on my phone saying they are wrong and don't know what theyre talking about. In the end, I was still not offered my coupon that I paid for to be a member. I am very disgusted in the way this manager treated me. The customer is always right. read more

I'm usually a huge La Senza fan, and I admit I will continue to shop at their other locations and online, but never again will I visit their Eaton Centre branch. I headed to the changing room to try on some bras and was *told* (note choice of verb) by a sales assistant that she was going to measure me. I politely declined as I know my La Senza size perfectly - I just wanted to compare styles. She asked me what sizes I was trying on, and when I replied, the employee told me that the 36 inch band size of my bra would be "too small" for me. I told her I knew my size as I already have La Senza bras at home and she looked at me from the back and said "are you sure you know your size?'' I was upset by this, as that size in La Senza does truly fit me perfectly. But, whatever, I'm not going to let it bother me, I'm probably being over sensitive. As I try on the bras, however, I hear the same lady tell another customer "you're a double d? REALLY? Are you sure?!" I get that the employee was trying to ensure her customers were trying on the right sizes. But her aggressive tone and condescending manner distinctly came across to me as though she was implying I was too chubby for my alleged band size and the other customer had deluded ideas about the size of her chest. The employee was completely unfriendly and snatched the bras from me as I returned them, asking "so they didn't fit?!" Um, YES THEY DID, I just didn't like them. I normally would never be angry enough to give a one star rating of a chain store on the basis of one individual, but this is an exception. A sexy lingerie store employing someone who has such a horrible manner of implying women are wearing the wrong sizes?! Great way to feel good about yourself!!! La Senza, you are better than this! Everytime I come here the ladies are awesome. Always super friendly and helpful. And they got their system down. First they help you find the right size by try omg on their "tester bras" and then they unleash you into the store to pick the colours that you like. read more

Bought a gift card for wifey at the St Catharines location. Left the store, and about 10 minutes later, realized the gift ard must have fallen out of the gift card slip. I went back to the store immediately to see if I could cancel the gift card and have another one reissued, they said that it wasn't possible for them but the customer service gift card line would be able to. So bought another gift card. I still have my receipts. I sat in the mall and called the La Senza hotline. Waited about 30 minutes or so. Spoke to Connie (sp), she didn't know what to do, so she directed me to a phone number, which turned out to be the exact same number I just called. Sent an email with my receipts to La Senza, they responded saying sorry but that gift cards are a final sale item. Idunno guys. I understand that after purchase the card was my responsibility, but the card package is pretty flimsy, and I returned to the store after not even 10 minutes and they said no one had used a gift card during the interim. I mean I'm sure this doesn't happen every day but it must have happened before, so there must be some useful protocol that could be put into place. Maybe the fix is taping the gift cards in going forward. Or include the gift card number on the receipt. Or both. Definitely didn't feel valued as a customer though. If bae hasn't gone in yet to pick out something nice for herself I'm probably going to try and cancel the second replacement gift card I purchased so I can take my business elsewhere. read more

Always an amazing experience when I go to La Senza. However Toronto Eaton Center has become my favourite location:) not only is the selection great and the store always clean and well organized but I'm sure to find a friendly staff member willing and ready to help me. Staff is always knowledgeable, quick to help me and honest if something isn't fitting right or doesn't suit my complexion. I love the honesty over someone trying to squeeze money out of me. very friendly girls in the fitting room but when I went to buy my bra the girl working the front told me the registers aren't working.. I specifically went to the mall to get this bra and she didn't apologize or offer anything for the inconvenience. I think if the register breaks they should have an employee who at least pretends to care about what a hassle that is to have all customers come back the next day. read more
