But they WILL answer your email immediately to tell you they won't cancel your order without charging you a fee even though it hasn't moved past "order received". Total scam of a store. Edit: they have since said they will cancel it, will wait to update my review depending on what actually ends up happening Update: They refunded most of the money but kept 10% as a "restocking fee/shipping fee". I recently purchased a product from Stag Shop that stopped working within the first month of normal use. I contacted their customer service (Laurie from online sales) expecting a straightforward resolution -- either a refund or an exchange for another item of equal value, which is completely reasonable and protected under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act and Sale of Goods Act. Instead, I was told I could only receive the same defective product again or pay more to "upgrade" to a different one. Even after following their instructions to destroy the defective item and providing proof, they still refused to issue a fair exchange or refund. I politely reminded them that their internal policy does not override Ontario consumer law, but they refused to comply and ultimately brushed me off with a "thank you, have a wonderful afternoon." It's extremely disappointing to see a retailer operating in Ontario ignore basic consumer rights. I've since escalated the matter to the payment provider and will be filing a complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario so this pattern doesn't continue for other customers. If you value fair treatment and customer service that respects consumer laws, I would recommend shopping elsewhere! read more

Well, I have been to different locations before as any store you get the awesome experience or average. I really spend over an hour I collect stuff I'm buying on my hands till it was impossible to get the other stuff I want to buy, the main floor no-one thought of helping me they kept in passing by me like I do not exist, a very lovely girl she sounded European she helped me out took all the stuff I wanted to buy to cash area, so I could continue shopping. I got what else I liked then went to the front. There was an older lady named Katherine she was acting like the owner, she looked at me on away I really don't know what was her personal issues are, and said something about like you spend a lot of money or whatever, Then asked who helped me. I spoke to her very polity to let her know, I was here the whole hour and a half with everyone passing me and no one including her self Katherine -by the way she was the most popular loud enough to speak to each customer in the shop passing me back and forth -I just didn't mention that last part to her. I told her as I mentioned earlier.no one hoped me I was here do over an hour, but this European young girl with a little accent. Katherine started to ignore what I said and started to complain about the only person who helped me out that she should have never come downstairs she works upstairs and kept in showing her madness, I did spend my time waiting and still spent a big number of $. That was so unnecessary of Katherine, she seems unlikely so unprofessional and with her negative attention on the people works for her or with, it affects them no one smile they all look died because of the way she probably treats them 1- as a customer I don't need to see or feel or even mention to me any of your work issues. 2- since you are already not doing anything else but give your customer bad service and negative attention. 3- She cold just apologize and make sure to thank that awesome girl who helped me out. This location is my favourite place to go have a good time and browse or snoop around with friends. You will not be harrassed or followed by sales people. The store is 2 floors and is HUGE! Staff was extremely unfriendly. When my friend and I walked in, the lady with red hair and glasses on the top floor was just staring at us the whole time we were browsing. And she made a rude comment about our opinion when we weren't even talking to her. Walked casually in cause I felt the need for more excitement in my life... greeted by 2 pairs of mannequins that were dressed in nice lingerie and the other 2 in black leather dungeon type naughty stuff. I absolutely loved the service here, although the selection was lacking. I was looking for something very specific and knew I would have to shop around. I came here first (no pun intended) and was looking for a black leather/faux leather/vinyll cupless/underbust corset with garters. I could only find 2 items that matched this description - one that was horribly cheap looking and only came in a 2x which was waaay too big (it was also cheaply made - it was uncomfortable and one of the straps broke after barely being touched). I applaud them for having a "diva section" (Plus Sized Section) especially considering that their big competition, Seduction, doesn't offer much in larger sizes. On When I came out of the dressing room, I spoke to two of the saleswomen about what I was looking for - they were incredibly friendly and relaxed, and we chatted and laughed. They understood that I was looking for something very specific and were really helpful, although they didn't have much inventory to back them up. When I came back a second time to try on one of the corsets again, they remembered me from my first visit and we joked around a little. I didn't end up buying a corset from this store because I found a nicer corset that fit my specific requirements exactly at Seduction - I wish I had found what I wanted here though because the service was so much better than at Seduction. It's a little disappointing that they didn't have any leather corsets because I felt like that was a standard product for any sex shop to stock. based on what I saw in the store, it felt like the Stag Shop is meant more for gag gifts to give at bachelor/bachelorette parties and sexy underwear for women who want to impress their bored boyfriends - whereas Seduction actually has the selection and variety of toys, costumes, clothing, and other supplies that can meet anyone's needs. I love this location and I'm really impressed with the way the store seems to be evolving. I have been shopping for sex toys for many years now and my overall outlook on Stag was that it offered basic, "vanilla" products however I do see a nice change in some new product options as of late. My suggestion would be to continue in that direction and get away from the party/fun store and cater to people as an actualy sex shop with lots of selection and more diverse products offered. read more
