Within a minute of entering the store and I was clearly on a mission to find a special occasion dress for my daughter, the owner/staff approached me with a pair of shoes in his hands, which apparently my two-year-old daughter (closely followed by my mum) had picked up from a shelf (she's TWO!) and sneered, "if these shoes were to get dirty, I can't sell them, you know?" I mean, seriously, if this is his attitude towards a children's clothing store, then maybe he's in the wrong business?!?! That snide and unnecessary remark was enough for me to turn my heels and vow to NEVER return. My mum shared with me afterward that she had gotten a similar cold-shoulder treatment from the same person when she last visited (sans grandchild). I would implore anyone who is planning on visiting this store to reconsider or risk having a terrible experience that will surely leave a bad taste in their mouth.

The male owner was pushy, rude, and snobbish. Long story short, we were lied to. We ordered a dress, after the male owner reassured that we could exchange or refund the dress if it did not fit. Upon the dress arriving (note: we had to call them, they did not call us) it unfortunately did not fit my child. Upon explaining politely what we had been told, the female owner scoffed at us and said absolutely no refunds. Her only suggestion was to pay to get it altered. What a scam. Hands down the worst, most appalling, and most offensive store I have ever been to. It does not deserve to be in Bayview Village, which I consider to be a high-end mall which prides itself on luxury and quality, which should be extended to their service as well.

I found the interaction inappropriate, presumptuous, and inconsistent with the level of professionalism I would expect from a customer-facing employee. Upon entering the store, the sales associate greeted me by saying, "Hey Mama." I was taken aback by this and asked her directly why she was referring to me as "Mama." Rather than acknowledging that the comment was inappropriate or simply apologizing, she responded, "I assume you were a mama." I left your store immediately. I find this response particularly concerning. The sales associate did not know me, had no personal information about me, and had no basis for making an assumption about my personal circumstances. Regardless of what she may have intended, referring to a customer as "Mama" based on an assumption about their appearance, pregnancy, or parental status is presumptuous and crosses an appropriate professional boundary.

The quality is superior in all of their dresses and I wanted to buy every dress in the store for my daughter. Owner was very helpful giving suggestions with styles and sizing. I ended up getting the one flower girl dress for my 14 months old daughter and it fits her so well. Lastly, I can't believe how affordable it was too as compared to bridal stores that charges average few hundred dollars. I will definitely be revisiting for future special occasion dresses.

The lady who helped us (who I can only assume was the owner) was the sweetest and kindest sales person I've ever met. She made great suggestions, was so friendly and really was so patient with my super cranky daughter that would not stop crying. She tried to cheer her up and even gave her a lollipop. She put together a whole outfit which was all reasonably priced. You honestly can't pay for that kind of customer service these days so it was refreshing to see. So much is only available on the web. Well if you are looking for: - baptismal outfits - christening gowns (including the traditional long ones), and outfits for boys - formal wear for young girls or boys (for flower girl or confirmation or other such events) Well..... LOOK NO FURTHER!! This place is great! So much selection, and the staff and owner couldn't have been more helpful! My niece lives out of Toronto, so they let me take pictures and send to her, and then we discussed it on the phone and we made the choice over which one we wanted. This is a small family run business but they have been on the Danforth for a long time. That speaks for itself.... and frankly based on the service I had today, they'll be there for much longer!
