I fell in love with a pair of Frame Palazzo jeans that were way too long. I was just about to give up & Donna disappeared and came back two seconds later with the petite version in my size. I tried them on and they fit perfectly. No hemming. No tailoring. Donna and her staff were fast, helpful, and genuinely fun, even while I was clearly in mild shopping-panic mode. Well that and it was Lizzy's b day weekend so I was much more likely to hand over the cash than the other 364 days of the year. Our purchase also gave us a 10% discount card at the St. Helena Olive Oil Co., which is their sister store.
