Do not buy here. They won't help with any problems with your purchase. Get it from Amazon, it's just so much easier!!!

Great personalized service. Called late Wednesday to get a Briggs and Riley SmartLink strap I…read moreneeded. Am in Texas, leaving on the following Tuesday. Called and spoke to Jay, who assured me he would get the order processed before closing (which was 30 minutes away.) He worked with me to get expedited shipping. Great service for a $20 item! This is the type of service I wish every company delivered. Oh, and did I mention when I called a real, helpful person (Jay) answered the phone?

I spoke with a salesman named Curtis and carefully confirmed that two specific items -- one for me and one for my husband -- were in stock. I explained that this was a long drive involving two freeways and that we did not want to waste the trip. About twenty minutes later, I called again and spoke with the owner/manager because we would have been driving during rush hour traffic that evening. He assured me it was "no problem" to hold the items until the following day and confirmed that Curtis had already set them aside for us. The next day, after making the long drive, Curtis brought out the wrong item entirely. When I reminded him that I had specifically described exactly what we wanted, he tried to steer me toward a completely different product instead. Then he admitted to his boss that the item I wanted had already been sold. This was inconsiderate, unprofessional, and a complete waste of our time, effort, and gasoline. If a store agrees to hold merchandise for customers -- especially customers making a significant trip -- they should honor that commitment. Very aggravating experience. Honestly, we would have been better off ordering from Amazon.

They also sell the "Hot Mess" luggage line I posted a picture of. Some of the luggage that I looked at will not hold up under the pressures of air travel but they look good. Really what you need for air travel is the Samsonite Hard Side suitcase with 2 wheels and a rubber between the shells. I ask how much the Aluminum Suitcase was and the clerk said something in the range of $750! This is not a cheap store to buy luggage but check it out.

He gave us space to inspect the luggage and the checkout was easy and organized. The only downside is the luggage we bought was part of a set, and we only needed one carryon rather than a checked luggage, and they couldn't be sold separately, but Samsonite is so amazing that it doesn't really matter. The carryon we currently have has travelled the world without any issues on several airlines, both as a checked and carryon piece. We wanted to buy the exact same one and we were so happy they had it! We bought it years ago and weren't sure it was even in production anymore. We don't use Checked very often, but now that it's part of the set, maybe we will! It also would have been nice if he had mentioned the $20 off with Yelp, and we were expecting lower prices for an "outlet," considering we could have bought the same one on-line for the same price. But, we love the luggage and appreciate not-so-pushy customer service! Thanks for your help!

I knew it was going to be a tough job and I wasn't sure if my bag was salvageable but he took on the challenge and made me feel hopeful with his positive and reassuring attitude. After several weeks, it was ready and I was nervous to see how it turned out but I was relieved to see that he brought my leather bag back to life! The mold was completely gone (including the smell) - it looked amazing! Originally we weren't thinking it needed a repainting of the leather but he told me there were stains left behind after the mold was removed, and he made the call to have it repainted. I'm truly appreciative of the extra mile he went to ensure I was going to be happy with the final result. I will definitely be back for any leather repairs in the future. Levine produces great work with fair prices!

A few days ago, I had such a positive experience at Champion Han's Shoe Repair. I was able to make…read moreit there literally right before they closed at 5:30pm. Truly one of the most honest and straightforward service experiences I've had in a long time. I brought in a pair of platform sandals that I absolutely love. I had bought them from a friend who had previously tried to fix a broken strap with strong glue, and I was hoping the strap could be replaced or at least repaired so the damage wouldn't be noticeable or cause further issues. The man who helped me (who I think is the owner) was completely upfront. He explained that attempting to try to fix the strap could actually end up damaging the shoe even more because of the unknown type of glue that was used. The last thing I wanted was for the shoes to be ruined. Instead of just taking my money and trying something risky, he genuinely advised me to leave it as is. Even so, he still spent about 10 minutes working on them to improve their appearance. When he brought them back out, they looked so much better--I was honestly impressed. On top of that, he charged a very fair and reasonable price for his time and effort, which I really appreciated. If you're looking for someone honest, knowledgeable, and skilled to repair your shoes, bags, or luggage, I highly recommend coming here. Your items will be in good hands with someone who truly knows what they're doing. The only reason you might leave disappointed is if you don't like hearing the honest truth about what can (and can't) be fixed. I'll definitely be back. Thanks again!!
