Instead, he argued with me. and I had to threaten to contact my credit card company before he refunded me. Very dishonest. practices. BTW, after reading a few of these other reviews, I concur 100% with some of the customer comments. He actually tried to deny that he even knew who I was even though I was in literally 15 minutes prior.

He took 3 inches off the length. We never discussed shortening, he didn't pin them up at the cuff, there was no talk of hemming. So I went back the next day to show him how short they were compared to another pair that I have that are identical. He simply said, "Too late." I'm in shock and my jeans are ruined.
