They also had the best price and were available the soonest to replace the inverter. He seemed genuinely interested in helping solve the problem and did not try to upsell additional panels or equipment. Since the original installer of my system is no longer in business, I also needed to transfer the system monitoring to a new company. Blake helped move the monitoring over to Sologic Solar so the system can be properly monitored going forward to ensure it's performing at its best and to identify any future issues. I found Blake to be very honest and trustworthy throughout the process. I also had them wash my solar panels to help improve performance. In addition to solar services, the company also offers window washing and gutter cleaning. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

This company is a master at making excuses and stringing customers along for months. The first time they came out, they gave me a bid for $1,865 (later $1,785 with discount) and said six weeks. I was fine with that because I heard they were supposedly good. Then came the family emergency delay -- okay, I was patient. They called on a holiday weekend to schedule, so I cleared my calendar and stayed available even though I could have gone out of town. This was important to me. Then another message from yet another person (I've dealt with multiple inconsistent contacts) saying they couldn't make it because someone else in the family was ill. Suddenly they "couldn't squeeze me in" because other people were ahead of me -- after I had already waited nearly two months. I made them a priority. They made me an afterthought. Their crew and multiple staff apparently can't get their act together, but they have no problem bumping loyal, patient customers like me. If you value professionalism, reliability, and basic respect for your time, find someone else. These people will waste weeks or months of your life with one family emergency excuse after another and then tell you sorry, too bad. Don't let them come to your home -- you'll regret it. Dinning room screen on backwards. * 3. The BIG kicker, kitchen screen was removed and not cleaned and most importantly not put back. Noticed the window open, my three indoor cats could have escaped and got eaten by outdoor "wild animals", I felt this was reckless on his end.
