This company is a master at making excuses and stringing customers along for months. The first time they came out, they gave me a bid for $1,865 (later $1,785 with discount) and said six weeks. I was fine with that because I heard they were supposedly good. Then came the family emergency delay -- okay, I was patient. They called on a holiday weekend to schedule, so I cleared my calendar and stayed available even though I could have gone out of town. This was important to me. Then another message from yet another person (I've dealt with multiple inconsistent contacts) saying they couldn't make it because someone else in the family was ill. Suddenly they "couldn't squeeze me in" because other people were ahead of me -- after I had already waited nearly two months. I made them a priority. They made me an afterthought. Their crew and multiple staff apparently can't get their act together, but they have no problem bumping loyal, patient customers like me.
