RJ Johnson was the DJ for my wedding on May 5th, and he did an excellent job. RJ was in touch in the months and weeks before the wedding, and he helped me think through some logistics. Music4Life provides first class service and you will be a satisfied customer!

I had seen Miles at the Bridal Extravaganza and got his card. I called and set up the initial consult. When I got there, it was the coolest studio.. EVER. We talked about everything, where ya from, where ya been, where ya goin. When we started talking about the details, I could tell I was in the right place. Miles uses top of the line equipment and you can HEAR it! Real turntables make ALL the difference and I AM SO GLAD, I made the decision to hire Miles @ TX Pro DJ. I was able to edit my playlist at ANY time, online. If he didnt have a specific song, he would download it, no problem. The big day came and he was there right on time, playing my kinda music! ;) There were absolutely NO mishaps, he had it down! My Family are HUGE music fans and they were BLOWN AWAY! Its pretty safe to say that Miles made the night with his fantastic music and skillz ;) I would recommend TX Pro DJ to ANY Bride or ANYONE wanting to have a fabulous time!!! I love you guys! xoxoxo

We also met in person once to review any last minute needs or details. Michael is very professional, he knows what's needed logistically and you can definitely tell this isn't his first time. He mixed our entire wedding and didn't play off a playlist, that was crucial because we had a very diverse crowd (think Country and Motown!) He kept the partying going the entire night, his announcements were perfect as well. Can't say anything bad, even his pricing was better than most others we looked at in the Austin area. I highly recommend giving him a call about your Dj needs.

We had a small wedding and he kept everyone dancing. There were a few times I wished he showed a little bit more charisma when he was on the mic but at least he didn't over talk and become annoying. There were also a couple of songs that got cut off unexpectedly a little early with no fade out. I would still say he was the best bang for our buck though!

He provided excellent…read moreservice, along with superior planning and communication for our wedding ceremony and reception. Using Randal's online client portal, we were able to plan our wedding ceremony timeline, reception timeline and make song selections. We first met at his studio for a first meeting and planning consultation. The event questions and planning session prompted us to anticipate every moment ahead of time which meant we had complete enjoyment for us on the day of the event. We also rented lights, wireless microphones, and a television on a truss from Randal for our slideshow because our venue did not have that available. Our second meeting with Randal was for a walk through at the venue two weeks before our event to hash out final details and set up logistics. On the day of the event, Randal and his assistant arrived early to the venue and set up according to our prior planning sessions. They dressed professionally and made effective announcements at the appropriate times as requested during our planning. Our selected songs were played exactly as planned for the ceremony and reception. He followed our requests requiring special permission for some songs requested by guests. I admire his work and would not hesitate to hire him again for future events. We feel Randal is the best in the industry. The speaker and light towers were elegantly decorated with drapes which is one example of why his service stands out above the rest. If you are in need of a DJ for your event, go meet with Randal at his studio for the full demo. Excellent services including: lights, sound quality, volume, song selections, announcements, television, wireless microphones, and decoration of the equipment towers and sound booth.

Randal did an amazing job as the DJ for our wedding!…read more From the very beginning, he was quick to respond. We had some good conversations before I decided to book R5 Entertainment. Throughout the 6 months before my wedding, I probably updated him a million times. He was extremely patient throughout all of my changes. He even gave me some great advice on how to make the timeline for my wedding! The weekend before the wedding, my husband and I had a long conversation with him going over the details of the timeline and music. It helped us relax and hand all of the entertaining over to him. We felt like we were in good hands, and we were right! The day of the wedding, everything went very smoothly. He played all of the songs on our "must play" list, and got people dancing. He was very 'go with the flow'. Transitions between different parts of the reception went smoothly due to his announcements. He stuck to the timeline that I gave him (which was really important to me) and kept me, my maid of honor and my coordinator informed the whole evening of changes or when we were supposed to move on (while also not being overburdening or pushy at all). My husband and I were so glad that we trusted Randal with our wedding. It was well worth it. I would highly recommend R5 Entertainment.

We were able to just throw together a playlist, and hand it off to Trevor, and he took care of the rest and made sure that he took note of any genre preferences and songs we definitely didn't / did want to include. Also nailed the timing of the grand entrance/first dance which was one thing we were nervous about going in. He also played acoustic guitar during the ceremony and cocktail hour, which gave everything a really nice & elegant vibe. On guitar, he knows tons of songs that should fit any audience / occasion. In summary, we got more than our money's worth and would 100% book Trevor again. 10/10.
