Colleen answered the phone when I called and from that moment on pampered me. I had lost a good 2/3 of what was a nice thick head of hair. Thankfully, I still had some left to work with. I have a great time every time I go there. All the staff are fun & friendly to be around. I have always had my hair done with Penny but the one time I had Janine she was just as amazing!! Penny is very fun, open to any ideas, trying new things, or just repeating your regular trusted style when that is all you need. She is youthful & refreshing but takes so much pride in her work. I continue to see her because of how particular & passionate she is about what she does. Every time I go to her she takes her time with each client, even if it means going over her booked time. Whether she's running early or slightly behind, it never bothers me in the slightest because I know she is doing her job to the best of her ability. Her attention to detail & continuous strive for perfection is just what I look for in my hair stylist, just as in every aspect of my life. I got married in September of this year & it was 5 hours away, in upstate New York. It was a struggle to find a hairdresser up there & asking someone to travel that far for a 2-3 day event was a lot to ask. Josie, the owner of 67 West, allowed Penny to take time off to come up to do my wedding. She let Penny off early on a Friday & gave her off Saturday & Sunday to come be a part of my big day. Negative experience. Had to go to a different place to fix it. they cut my front to look like an overgrown bang, the layers were a fail once they weren't even really done.
