Horrible! Waiting for my turn the stylist was talking endlessly about her personal issues to her client so loudly one customer walked out. When it was my turn I showed her a picture of what I wanted . She said it wouldn't work with my hair then went on to spray water in my eyes 3 times before I finally spoke up. She said it was my fault for having hairspray in my hair ( I don't use hairspray) I was sitting there in shock at the poor customer service. The cut lasted 5 minutes- she did a horrible job. When I got up to leave she said I had way too much hair. If you go there do not go to the blond middle-aged stylist on the left . I felt sorry for the stylish next to her - she looked mortified at this woman's behavior. read more

I visited Supercuts for the first time today in Oxford. I called in to see if there was availability and I was able to secure an appointment. Jennifer was ready to go when I arrived at 2pm and started with a thorough wash, which was pleasant. The stylish all appear to really enjoy working together and helping their clients. She reviewed with me multiple times what type of blow out I was requesting and it came out terrific. Jennifer was very pleasant and easy to communicate with regarding what I wanted. The last and only I will ever go to this place, I went to go get a haircut like any other day to make sure I'm ready for a family event, so I washed my hair and made sure I was good for the haircutters, upon arrival I was greeted with kindness and respect as I was sat down in a chair, the manager of the place decided to be my hair cutter for the day, as she was cutting my hair she made weird comments about "did I shower" or I can't cut this hair its too greasy, these comments should be not said to the customer and with that being said I feel like if I was offered a shampoo and wash I would've gladly accepted but to say that openly out for everyone else to hear was truly wrong and you will never see me there ever again, I was a valuable customer to Supercuts and now I'm not. read more

I should've known when I saw what the two girls look like that were cutting hair . their hair was very stringy nothing like other hairstylist. I asked them to shape my hair because I had it cut short from my sister and I want it layered the cut was OK but there's no layering they completely Disregarded the layering. It just was definitely not a quality haircut. I will never go back there again and I do not recommend it. It was very cheap only $18 but I'd rather go and spend more money and get a nice haircut read more

After quarantine, I'm sure everyone has been dying to get a haircut, but unfortunately the experience at this Supercuts location did not go well. Hair was chopped in uneven layers and is unfixable at this point; if it is cut even further there is going to be little to no hair left. I am terrified to even think about how many other customers with failed haircuts have walked out of this establishment that have not left reviews on here. Obviously there needs to be some retraining of the stylists in what an even/beat haircut should look like. As inexpensive as Supercuts can be, it is most certainly not worth the hassle- you are better off spending a little more for a quality haircut. read more

I went to this location with my son. The lady that took him did an excellent job giving him the hair cut we wanted for him, and she knew how to talk with him to keep him focused and still during the process. I personally like this place and plan to return there. read more

I stopped in last minute of course to get my hair done for my 25th High School Reunion. Did I want half up, half down, all up, all down... the decisions were starting to overwhelming me. Nikki had me run out to my car to get my outfit for the evening. She made me promise not to open my eyes. I trusted her completely, She knew exactly whatto do and I looked fabulous. I made it back to the area 3-4 times a year and each visit to town includes a trip to see Nikki! No one compares!! read more

Don't go there for fades. I have been here multiple times and they don't blend their 2s well. For women I've seen some decent styles by I don't suggest it for males. read more

Doesn't even deserve one star! You certain get what you pay for...a bad haircut. My mistake for coming back and trying a different stylist. The woman who I think manages the store never has a smile Ike, just an attitude. All the staff look miserable. The woman who cut my hair was nice but certainly lacked confidence and did not do a good job at all, my ends are all uneven and chopped up. The woman even cut my hair without the cap fastened so with each snip I could feel aLl the hair falling down the back of my shirt. So much was in the inside of my shirt and even my bra when I got home. Lesson learned. Price and convenience are not worth the poor results. read more

Lazy! I brought my daughter in for a trim and she happened to have a knot in the back of her hair. I comb it out every day, it's not hard to do. The woman (wish I got her name!! She has dark, short hair) said she won't comb the knot out, she usually would just cut the hair short! As I said, it wasn't a huge, uncombable knot, it would have taken maybe 5 minutes of her precious time and energy but she refused to do anything. Left with my daughter feeling bad as this woman was rude about it also. Would NOT recommend. read more

Had shoulder length hair. Asked for 1 inch off the bottom and a layered front to keep off my face. Hairdresser never asked any other questions. Got unconsistant chunks of hair cut all over and hair is still in my face. Going for a repair someplace else today. read more

I normally have better things to do with my time like raise my 3 kids but I decided to put some time aside for this. My son went to Supercuts with his daycare class as they usually do and this past Wednesday he not only got a poor haircut but he also left with blood dripping from his left ear. The teacher who brought my son and his classmates brought my son Back because his hairline was crooked and the teacher had told the female barber about his bleeding ear and she said oh I probably need to change the blade, no sorry my mistake nothing. Needless to say they will not be going to Supercuts anymore. I know there name has cut in it but please cut the hair and not peoples ears, and if you do cut someone cause I know it happens at least say sorry or act like you care a little . My son is 3 years old and next time he's going with me to my barber where he will get a nice haircut. I thought letting him go with the teacher and his classmates would be fun but it turns out you get a bad haircut and blood dripping from your ears at Supercuts in Oxford . read more

i ask for a high and tight skin on sides. the stylist cut it uneven on top and i have patches on the side that are uneven. it was not blended and i had a line around the circumference of my head. when i ask if she could blend it more she said it was fine! i have been to this location several times and had positive experience with the other stylist there. this last visit was not. BAD HAIRCUT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!she just talked about her stepdaughter what a bad life she had with her mom in new york. the mom has drug issues and the kid stays with them. i learned more about this girl`s life then i cared to know. what ever happen to talking about the weather???? i want a good haircut and i dont want to hear sad stories about your home life with boyfriend and stepdaughter and cant afford to take kid on vacation to disney!! all the effort into getting a big tip didnt work, the cut was so bad i had to go somewhere else to get it fix. read more
