The stylist who cut my hair, Rachel, was very passive aggressive and another stylist there was…read moreconstantly asking her what number she was using on my hair and subsequently said "you know you don't have to do it that short if you don't want to" to her about my OWN hair. During the cut I told her I wanted my hair cut straight across. The first time, she made a strange angle. When I reminded her I wanted it straight, she gave me choppy layers that looked extremely trashy. At this point I was far too frustrated and tired of the comments from both stylists and left. I want to give them the benefit of a doubt and hope this was simply an issue of miscommunication, but this was a fairly straightforward request for my hair and should not have resulted in the style I got. P.S. I still tipped because I know many people depend on tips, but my hair is far below expectations-- especially when I asked for something as simple as a straight cut and never something like layers.
