My husband and son went in today for maintenance trims, and my sons hair was absolutely butchered…read more The front bangs were cut on a major slant, didn't realize it until after he showered, and his hair fell normally. Went back for a correction, and it looked so botched that we just gave up and left. No fading or blending between the top longer area and the shorter hair around his ears and hairline. Drove two hours to have a family friend correct it, and they were flabbergasted how poorly both haircuts were done and ended up fixing my husband's hair too. There's one woman there who is fabulous, but she was not working today. We will be asking for her and try to continue to support locally, but otherwise will be making the longer trip to someone we trust.
