I was told they were not needed. A few days later I get a call saying they need the frames! I live 25 miles away and am working when they're open. Needless to say, I had to take time off of work. Took time off for the appointment, now to bring frames and soon to pick up frames. It cost me a lot of money. They finally apologized after I made mention that they couldn't even apologize. If it was a mistake, then say you made a mistake! Don't keep making excuses and making me pay for it.

I went back to the store for them to order new lenses and they wanted me to pay $40 to have them to be expedited. Our home location could not overnight contacts, so I googled Treehouse Eyes in Indiana and found VisionQuest.
