Hands down the absolute best family medicine practice I have ever experienced! Dr Weaver is the…read morebest Dr I have ever encountered period! He is phenomenal! He is kind and caring and actually listens! The rest of his staff is equally as amazing! I have seen all the Drs in the practice and there is a definitely a common theme that they are all very kind and caring!! The nurses always go above and beyond and are so sweet!! We just moved from Spokane and have had a lot of experiences with several different Drs and specialists and this practice is by far the absolute best!! I cannot say enough how happy we are to have found Dr Weaver and his staff!

The ladies in the front office don't care about their patients as much as they care about themselves. They can not answer even basic questions when asked. They do not do any follow-up on your questions either. I needed 2 papers signed and faxed to another doctor. It took the lady 6 weeks to send the 2nd page. SIX WEEKS to send a fax! I was naturally upset about having asked several times about the fax. I did throw a hissy fit in the office. But wouldn't you after 6 weeks? My other doctor kept asking about it. I would call Weaver's office. And then no follow up Nothing would be done! After my hissy fit, guess what? It got done! Then the office lady tried to lie her way out of it. She claimed she didn't have the right phone number. Don't you think that after being asked about that fax for 6 weeks she would have done some follow up to find out what was wrong? And the other office said they did get one of the two pages, so she must have had the correct number. She is not a nice woman. Nor does she do her job! She also didn't do two of my PA's requests for sending me to specialists. I had to ask about them also. One such referral I needed for a podiatrist. My PA wanted me to see one because I broke some bones in my foot. The office lady didnt put urgent on the request so they wouldn't make an appointment. So I found another podiatrist but he too wanted a referral. So I called Weavers office and asked for a referral. I was told the lady was home with a sick child. That she would send a referral when "she got around to it" and that might not be before my appointment with the new podiatrist. What would you think if your doctors office staff told you they would do their job " when they got around to it"? Wouldn't that make u angry, with cause? If your patients are unhappy and having to throw fits in your office to get something taken care of. Then I would say you have a problem with your staff. I was also over charged for one office visit. That never was resolved. I believe they owe me money that they over charged. And they add .cents to my bill every time and can't explain what the charge is for! I had other problems at this office, but this is enough for you to get the idea. I The nurses were all very good with me. They had training obviously. They always did a good job. Now, one more note for those that care about these things. All of the ladies that I saw, office staff, and nurses were "eye candy" types. Very petite, cute, and young. Enough said.

Regardless of the quality of the physicians, the front office has been unhelpful and discourteous during multiple interactions. When I called to inform them that I had gone to the previously listed address online and might arrive a few minutes late, I was told upon arrival that I had missed the appointment and they would not see my daughter. At a later date, I called a day in advance to cancel an appointment my daughter no longer needed, and I was informed that it would still be marked as a no‑show and billed accordingly. Due to these ongoing issues with the office staff, I will be seeking a new provider for my daughter.

He was so excited to go to his appointment and meet his new provider. Due to an unexpected accident on the road and GPS rerouting us, we ended up being 15 minutes late, something completely out of our control. Despite explaining the situation, they refused to see him. What makes this even worse is that they didn't just reschedule or give us another chance, they completely declined him from being seen at their clinic at all, just because of one situation that wasn't even our fault. This was supposed to be his very first appointment, and instead of showing any understanding or compassion, especially towards a child, they chose to punish him for something beyond our control. It's incredibly unfair and disappointing that a healthcare provider would lack empathy and be so quick to turn away a 5 year old over circumstances like this. It honestly makes me wonder if our race or ethnicity had anything to do with how harshly we were treated, as we are Arab/Middle Eastern. It just doesn't make sense. I truly hope no other family has to experience this kind of treatment.

I had to take my 3 yr old in due to the stomach flu going around and his usual doctor wasn't in. So Patricia the new doctor to the building came in and was friendly, and very helpful. The KGH urgent clinics are usually so full at every location that anymore I just pass them buy and call these guys. I have been taking my infant daughter in and every time they weigh her it's inaccurate, they expect a five month old to keep her head completley still so they can measure...it's like they don't have any real experience with babies. It's condescending to talk slowly to me asking me basics like, "do you have a rear facing carseat.". Are you kidding me...she's sitting in it as we are talking. I feel uncomfortable here, the office is always FREEZING cold and they want me to strip my daughter naked and walk her down 2 hallways to weigh and measure her. Terrible, terrible, terrible!
