I've been getting my teeth cleaned regularly at Dr. Pratt's office by Maya for the past couple of years. I've never had teeth cleanings done anywhere else before, probably because I was afraid of that kind of thing. Maya obviously cares about what she's doing. She's gentle, and she's diligent. She seems to genuinely enjoys her job. Her work has been painless and effective for me, and I have come to trust her. Just like in restaurants, where I know what I'm looking for a chef who cares, now I realize what I also want in teeth cleaning is a dental hygienist who cares. Thanks Maya! read more

I get my teeth cleaned here. Staff is professional. No complaints. Their office is clean.

My appointment was several months ago, but I'm still shaking as I write this. Upon arriving at the clinic I saw several staff and clients without mask on in the waiting area. When I was called back I said something to the hygienist about this, at the time my son was too young to be vaccinated. The hygienist left and a short while later the "doctor" arrived asking me to explain my complaint. I explained my son was not able to be vaccinated yet and a dental cleaning is a high risk activity during an active pandemic with a virus that spreads through aerosol. Robert then pointed out the air purifiers and informed me he had been told what he was doing in the front is/was "okay." I asked him what medical governing body told him this was an okay practice during this pandemic. I pointed out that if he's not following proper procedure in the front of the house, I'm doubtful it's happening in the back. He did not like being questioned, especially by a woman and refused to inform me what medical governing body told him this was okay. I assume this is/was a lie. He then asked me to leave, which I did without incident. The worst part of the whole ordeal was Robert then making disparaging comments to my husband in the next cubical, who had no idea what had just occurred! This guy doesn't care about kids, he doesn't care about the health of his community. Take the politics out of medicine Robert, you know better!
