I was very upset and angry about having to have my appointment rescheduled due to Covid exposure and in my upset and panicked state I was crying and yelling and definitely at my worst. Ruby maintained such a sweet and understanding and patient manner with me and did not make me feel bad for how upset I was. She is a complete professional and I am very grateful for her. Also, if Ruby sees this, I am so sorry for being so upset and yelling even though I tried to let you know I wasn't upset at you, you still got the brunt of my frustration and I wish I had been able to hold it together better.

Regardless of the quality of the physicians, the front office has been unhelpful and discourteous during multiple interactions. When I called to inform them that I had gone to the previously listed address online and might arrive a few minutes late, I was told upon arrival that I had missed the appointment and they would not see my daughter. At a later date, I called a day in advance to cancel an appointment my daughter no longer needed, and I was informed that it would still be marked as a no‑show and billed accordingly. Due to these ongoing issues with the office staff, I will be seeking a new provider for my daughter.

He was so excited to go to his appointment and meet his new provider. Due to an unexpected accident on the road and GPS rerouting us, we ended up being 15 minutes late, something completely out of our control. Despite explaining the situation, they refused to see him. What makes this even worse is that they didn't just reschedule or give us another chance, they completely declined him from being seen at their clinic at all, just because of one situation that wasn't even our fault. This was supposed to be his very first appointment, and instead of showing any understanding or compassion, especially towards a child, they chose to punish him for something beyond our control. It's incredibly unfair and disappointing that a healthcare provider would lack empathy and be so quick to turn away a 5 year old over circumstances like this. It honestly makes me wonder if our race or ethnicity had anything to do with how harshly we were treated, as we are Arab/Middle Eastern. It just doesn't make sense. I truly hope no other family has to experience this kind of treatment.

I have worked as a nurse in the medical field for close to 18 years. Never in my years of the…read moremedical profession, have I seen, or experienced the worst customer service ever. And believe me, I have seen some lazy, unprofessional, and crappy care in the healthcare field over the years. First off, customer service is horrible there. This is the only place in the area who offers TMS. In August, I moved from the Seattle area to the Tri Cities area. While in Seattle, I received TMS, which is the only thing that worked for me after failing other therapies. I was advised to continue TMS maintenance therapy by my doctor in Seattle, but ended up moving and found this place. I had the best experience at NeuroStim TMS. The entire staff was professional, welcoming, accommodating, and always made me feel at ease. I had my first intake with Reliance via Telehealth medicine on August 30. Then, I was scheduled a consult with Dr. Kishore, who's soonest opening was one month out on Sep 29. The day before my appointment, I receive a text message from Maria at the office staff, who basically said she was going to cancel my appointment if they didn't receive records before the time of my appointment that day. She said I would have to wait another month for a consult opening. I go into their office the day before my appointment and sign medical release forms. When I walked in there no one greeted me, or asked how they can help. I had to basically tell them what I was there for. Rude. The of appointment, Maria texted me to tell me they hadn't received medical records that day, I ended up calling my providers office, and they faxed the records for me so that I wouldn't have a cancelled visit as Maria said they were going to have to cancel and I would have to wait another month for an opening. The day of my appointment, she sends me another form via text. A picture of a questionnaire. She again, tells me I need to have it filled out before the appointment or I would be canceled. I don't understand why she didn't give me the form the day before when I went in to fill out all the medical release forms. I was at work, and had no access to a printer at that time so I sent her the answers via text. I show up to my appointment on the 29th. The provider PA-C V. Kishor is asking me a series a questions during consult. He claimed his TMS was state of the art and worked better than the one I previously done. He didn't seem to be listening to what I told him worked for me during my previous TMS, and even made a comment that he only does what the FDA approves. He seemed sort of old school and not open to what I asked for or suggestion. He seemed set in his way. He is the doctor, but he had my record in front of him and all I was asking for was the same settings that I had previously as that had worked for me. So he tells me that he would have his front office staff work on the authorization for me from my insurance and would get me in as soon as they receive authorization. It is now November 4, over one month since that consult and I have yet to hear back from anyone in the office regarding authorization for treatment. I have called them 4 times in the past month to see what is going on and left voicemails. They have not called back. A delay in care is a form of patient neglect, especially that long. I spoke with my insurance company twice. They told me they did not need past medical records for auth as they already had authorization. They just needed the office to submit a request for maintenance TMS online. I explained this in one voicemail I left the office. I called my insurance today to ask if they had received a request for auth for TMS, and they told me that they haven't received any requests to this day (11/4). When I called Reliance today, someone actually picked up the phone for once. She then placed me on hold, and then got back on the line telling me that the gal in charge of auth requests for TMS was in a supply room and would return my call as soon as she got back. She reassured me that she would call me back to let me know the status if the other lady didn't. No one called me today. Its now 9 pm. Rude, unfriendly staff, delay in treatment, and no returning phone calls. Super unprofessional and negligent in their part. At this point, I want nothing to do with their office, but beware of scheduling anything here. You will have to deal with similar, as I get from reading all the online reviews on google and here.
