My internet has been down for 3 days. I am renting this space and do not pay the internet bill, therefore I do not have access to any information nor contact info. I have asked my homeowners about it, to which they replied that this is typical of the service they have received since moving to Sagle 2ish years ago. I have tried to look them up online, where they have no Facebook page and many people have had concerns similar to mine. It is really disheartening to know that one of the ONLY ways to get internet in the Sagle area provides such poor service and is hard to reach. Appointment today was a no show. Supposedly they wrote my number down wrong and didn't have code to my neighborhood. There is a call box right at the gate they could have scrolled through to call me. Also another entrance they could have used. Seems like a lack of motivation to fulfill their commitment. Poor customer service. I literally waited all day for them to show up. Argh. read more

Trash service. Trash customer support that will only respond until you bring up a valid response, afterwards you will be ghosted for months. Spent 3 months explaining an issue with massive packet loss occurring at the same time every day at the same time to be told some crap about network utilization. Either they are way way oversubscribed or they have a bugged/failing piece of hardware. Either way avoid these scam artists like the plague. read more

This service is a joke. It has now been down for 2 days. A recording went out yesterday promising updates. There have been none. These people seem to care absolutely nothing for their customers. I have left repeated voicemails to call me to explain the issue and when I could expect service. I have received NO response. Sadly, this is typical for this company's lack of customer care. If there was a lower star than one I'd give it. Have been trying to get our WiFi repaired through two billing cycles with no luck. The process has been very inefficient. We are now crowding 20 phone calls and a half dozen emails without POVN adequately communicating. If equipment cannot be repaired or there is a significant delay then the faulty equipment then it should be replaced. Customer service is problematic within this company and there are no other options available for rural service. At the very least communication from the company would be helpful. read more
