I didn't get his name, but we are grateful for him staying behind and letting us finish up. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is just passing through, and especially those who are local. They seem to be always working on the greatest deals to help save you money. When asked, Sal lied and said there was extreme traffic on the highway to which I replied no there wasn't. I pulled over and waited for you and you missed my exit. He just shrugged his shoulders. They also have somebody new who can't back up a trailer to save his life. I wasted at least another 20 to 30 minutes watching him try to jockey a trailer. All those things would be fine if they didn't include them in my charge, but I got charged an extra hour for all this crud. When we requested a refund after going three weeks without service, our calls were ignored, and no effort was made to correct the problem that week. We were charged the full amount despite not receiving the services we paid for. To make matters worse, we never received an apology, an email, or even a returned phone call regarding the missed service. We gave this company several opportunities to make things right, but the lack of communication, accountability, and reliability has been very disappointing. He could have told me anything, and charged me a large amount of money to fix the machine, but he did not. and he only charged me $100 for the service call.
