I initially took my computer to Best Buy in Coeur d'Alene and was told my issue had been resolved. Unfortunately, when I returned home to Sandpoint, I quickly discovered the problem wasn't fixed at all. That's when I connected with Sean, and I'm so glad I did. He was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to properly diagnose the issue and fixed it correctly the first time. On top of that, his pricing was very fair, especially considering the time and expertise involved. It's such a relief to find someone trustworthy and skilled who genuinely cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend Sean to anyone needing honest, reliable computer repair. I won't be taking my devices anywhere else!

She not only helped us switch over to a more affordable plan. She was also patient enough to play horrendous phone tag, with Sprint and Apple and back to Sprint. Something that should've only taken an hour, took several. She was patient and sweet the entire time. We ended up keeping her past store hours. Then another kind gentleman offered to let her go home. I didn't get his name, but we are grateful for him staying behind and letting us finish up. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is just passing through, and especially those who are local. They seem to be always working on the greatest deals to help save you money. And they all clearly have great customer service skills. I can't thank them enough!

The purposely took a longer drive to the location and didn't follow us adding 35 minutes to the charges. When asked, Sal lied and said there was extreme traffic on the highway to which I replied no there wasn't. I pulled over and waited for you and you missed my exit. He just shrugged his shoulders. They also have somebody new who can't back up a trailer to save his life. I wasted at least another 20 to 30 minutes watching him try to jockey a trailer. All those things would be fine if they didn't include them in my charge, but I got charged an extra hour for all this crud. Oh no, they did the job, but I can't say I was confident or happy at all during the process.
