I didn't have time to do the repair myself, as I was traveling to Spokane to help care for my grandmother. I searched the Spokane area for someone to complete the repairs with the parts I purchased, while I was in town. Shannon was able to fit me into her schedule quickly, and she was able to complete the work with the parts I purchased. During the test process after the repair was complete, she found that the cable that connected the motherboard to the screen had also been damaged. She quickly ordered a replacement part and installed it. Don't expect the cheapest prices around, that said, they try to be competitive and have saved my skin more than once by having that part that couldn't be found anywhere else. Oh yeah, they also take in old PCs for recycling.
