Fast forward to two weeks ago and my laptop had done away with its last leg and was on the ground barely able to fire up. Dickson is such a helpful place to live and I went to Hip Dickson on FB and asked advice for a computer company that could fix it. I got two very good recommendations and Scott's Computers was one of them, so I went there! What a WONDERFUL experience this has turned out to be!! Thomas took care of me, explaining everything and quoting several prices in case different situations occurred. I felt better just meeting Thomas, he is so positive and professional! I came back two days later and my computer works better now than when I purchased it! AND the price was lower than the quoted price!! I'm sure the other business would have done a good job but now that I found Scott's Computers they will be my goto!!

The manager Steve was nice and let me have 3 per limit. I respect this since we want other kids to have them too. Then comes a power tripping girl called Skylar. She told us that the limit was 1 per person. Then next day she told us limit is 1 per household, the next day she said if we came back she won't sell us any because we can't come everyday. They have different kinds everyday. I told her that I was not a reseller and was getting them for my daughter and respect their limits but she just told us that we can't come in the store everyday to purchase. The customer service from her is beyond me and the reason why I have to leave this review.
