For the second time they have left a huge oil spills in my driveway from their truck. The first time less than a year ago they left a huge oil stain in my driveway and I asked them to please send some out to power wash the stain. They complied and sent a company out after 5 days to clean up the spill. I asked them not to pull their service truck in my driveway in the future. Again within the last two weeks they left another huge oil stain in my driveway. I called them immediately to report they had left another huge oil stain in my driveway and I asked they please send someone out to clean up the stain before my aggregate driveway could absorb the oil stain. The woman who handles the invoices and incoming calls ask that I send picture. I sent the pictures right way. I asked her when someone would come and power wash my driveway and she told me "my son will come and look at the stain the following day". Why did he need to look at the stains with I sent photos? The following day her son didn't show up and I called again and asked when someone would come out and clean the stain and the trailing oil stain and she assured me someone would be out over the weekend. No one showed up to clean the stain. The following week I had a neighbor power wash the stain and the stain would not come out. I called again and asked if someone would please come out and the woman who answers the phone stated "I told my son he needed to take care of the stain and she told me she would contact me one way or the other when she talked with her son. Two and 1/2 weeks have passed and I still haven't heard from Elite Sanitation and the stains remain. Unfortunately, I can't post the pic here but I've posted them in the neighborhood website. I really don't believe Elite intends to make rights of their wrong. This company does not operate with integrity. I highly recommend you not contract with this company.

Whenever we have had an issue with anything they are always quick to respond. The backdoor service they offer is fantastic and it is a real convenience to not to have to drag the garbage bins to and from the bottom of the driveway. Backyard service means they can drive right up to your backdoor. If they can't, the trash stays and they cash your check. Not honest.
