The shop manager was friendly and informative at my first visit. Some unique aspects about the shop... they also sell a variety of cigars! I also noticed that they thoughtfully display and sell small sample bottles (the kind used during airline flight service) in refrigerators. Free delivery is available to surrounding communities. But the most alluring aspect is that you could sip a chilled can of local beer at one of the shaded wooden picnic tables, while enjoying take out pizza from the Roxbury Pizza Station (also located in commercial cluster). This shop is my new "go to".

Buddy the Shih tzu the store's mascot is usually wandering the store or sleeping behind the counter, not fazed by the goings-on. I walked in to an empty store with a woman and man behind the counter. They were engaged in a conversation as I walked by and didn't acknowledge they had a customer. No big deal, I walked to the wines to get Pinot Grigio and could not find what I wanted. I also needed Proseco but also couldn't find it in -so I was circling the store. I was in there almost 10 minutes. Part of that was curiosity to see if they would notice I needed help. No they did not and I decided to go to my local liquor store where they always greet you with a smile. As I walked towards the doors a Woman walked in and immediately the woman calls out to her " I love your boots" and they engage in conversation about how the woman bought them at Primark and they were such a good deal the lady couldn't believe it. If you don't feel you should be ackniwledged as a customer then this is the store for you. I like to get to know the businesses where I shop and I've tried several times here and they just don't seem to care. Sadly I won't be coming back -three strikes and you're out .
