I knew I wasn't going to have 100 guests, but I wanted to make sure my guests didn't leave hungry since the food truck was the only food provided, so I arranged and paid for 100 guests, just in case people wanted seconds. Natasha, who I'm assuming is the owner of the food truck assured me she would be able to feed 100 guests in 2 hours. Which I thought was a little wild, but whatever, it's her business, I'm assuming she must have a great system in place. I had 65 guests, not the 100 guests she thought I was having- anyway, people were waiting 2.5 hours to eat. She said it was because people were arriving late and ordering more than two tacos. But the people that had to wait 2.5 hours were numbers 25+ (who had been there before they even got there) and she never said there was a limit to the number of tacos ppl can order, so granted, people ordered more than 1 taco, even I ordered one of each! I'm paying almost $3k for tacos, I want to try these tacos! At the baby shower when she was complaining about being there longer than she anticipated, I even told her to limit people on the number of tacos, if that meant people could get their food faster because at that point, it was embarrassing, I even think a few of my aunts weren't even able to eat. She needs a WAY better system for "large" events, not sure if this was her first event serving 65 ppl but hopefully she learned how to better manage a "large" event. Also, I think she only expected to serve 40 ppl, because her system went as followed: send 8 ppl up to order every 12-15 minutes... how could you possibly serve the "100" people I paid for in two hours that way... & then she was upset and wanted to charge us more to stay longer, but didn't. Natasha also just left, she did not tell anyone she was leaving, did not collect her balance that day (We agreed to me paying her the balance that day) she just packed up her truck that was parked out front and left. No one saw her go, she just snuck out lol it was weird. However, I do want to say, at least the food was good, could you imagine waiting 2+ hours for tacos for them to be bad?! So I will give her that, the food was very good, but the service, the way she designed her ordering system needs improving. But hopefully she learned from my event and does better for the next.

So I decided to go with the French Toast special, and I'm glad I did. The French Toast was delectable and had a great texture. The chocolate drizzle was delicious, and you could tell it wasn't cheap chocolate. It was definitely a better grade of Chocolate. The Bacon was divine as I ate it; it literally melted in my mouth. It was crispy, and it tasted like it was Maple Bacon. The French Toast special was sprinkled with some sugar, and it was heavenly. I would recommend this food truck hands down.
