There's also a food court with Charley's Subs, a Chinese restaurant, and a seafood restaurant. Its not many restaurants in the court, but there are other food options around the outlet like Jamba Juice, Starbucks, and Auntie Anne's. There's a candy store also, but its kinda pricey. But you can find all sorts of chocolates, gummy candy, truffles, ice cream, and etc. At the entrance of the outlet there's other restaurant choices as well, that may be better than some of the food court options. I do like the outlet, but can't stand the parking. It gets pretty crowded and you may have to park further away. They do have a few parking spots in front that you can pay for to park closer. You scan and pay about $7. There's plenty of benches and areas to sit at and even a play area for the kids. There's a pond that you can see from the food court as well. The food court area has a massage chair area where you can pay for chair massages, and there's a cell phone accessories store inside as well. This is a nice outdoor outlet with plenty of stores to shop at. Check them out!

I will list the businesses that are current as of September 2025. The only store that had access to the mall was Kohls which had the entrance sealed and still is open. The center of the surrounding buildings which once occupied the mall has been leveled. The plan as I understand is to build a senior living community.

After a years long renovation and redo - it's now more like the outdoor shopping malls of Richmond or Hampton. The old, moldy indoor mall is gone and now it's fresh and clean with a Bath and Body Works, REI, Fresh Market, huge super Target, Old Navy and Nordstrom Rack. There are more shops but those are the ones I frequent the most. Since Nordstrom sadly departed MacArthur a few years ago this is the only Nordstrom you'll find on this side of the water. It's not the same as the three-story beauty in Norfolk but it'll do - even if it's only their discount arm. I love the shoe section there. Best deals in town. This is an updated shopping center with plenty of easy parking and some dining (Smokey Bones anyone - nah, I'll pass) as well.

A very, very, very tardy review for a mall that I have shopped for over 20 years. Lynnhaven Mall is…read morethe lone survivor and is thriving with over 95% occupancy. A few of my favorite stores are Dillards and Macey's'. With department stores dying these two do well. Another favorite is Apple which our family has purchased products from over the years. The overall appearance has changed over the years for the better and continues to be a draw for business who want to sign leases. If there is a negative it can be parking, but that's ok. That's the price of success. I will also say the lot is clean and secured. I will continue to be a regular shopper at Lynnhaven Mall.

I grew up in Virginia Beach, so I remember when this mall had two stories and a carousel inside. Ahh, the good ol days. Not to mention a much better food court than the small corner it has today. Ah well. An AMC movie theater, trampoline park, and a Dave & Busters are attached along with multiple box stores: Barnes & Noble, Dicks Sporting Goods, Old Navy, H&M, Macy's, L.L. Bean, and Dillards. An Apple store, which I believe is the only one in Hampton Roads, and a Sephora (for all those tweens who can do their makeup better than me) is inside too. In the center of the mall, they host holiday events such as getting your photo with Santa and the Easter Bunny (not sure of the price), as well as the Bra-ha-ha (a fundraiser of multiple decorative bras to support the fight against breast cancer) and trick-or-treating on Halloween at select stores. If you have little ones, the large play area with the massive whale upstairs is gone (obviously, because the whole upstairs is gone), but they've replaced it with an enclosed "Tot Lot" outside of Barnes & Noble. It's also pictured. Currently, there's still a pet shop next to JCPenney, so don't leave until you give the puppies (and maybe two cats) a wave hello...or a new home! With multiple lots and a free parking garage, you're bound to find a parking spot too.

It is still clean but about half or maybe more of the shops are unoccupied, the food court is pretty sad, and one of the anchor stores is gone. The stores that remain seem to be very slow and overall there are only few customers in the mall. I think about 30 cars were near Macy's where I parked. The Mexican restaurant Abuelo's looks like it is closed down but signs are still there but zero customers so I think it was closed. The only store that looked semi-busy was the Chinese massage place where there were about four people being massaged and one customer waiting. I honestly was just looking around to get some exercise on a cold day but I really couldn't find anything I really wanted to buy even if I was searching for something. There were also lots of kids just using the mall as a playground but they seemed to enjoy the empty mall. The highlights of my visit was the sports memorabilia store and the pet store. They were also the only places that the clerks engaged me to see if I needed any help. I guess we have to just get used to the slow death of shopping malls in the future and realize online shopping is here to stay.

It reminds me of a two story version of Pembroke Mall (RIP). They renovated the mall since I was last there. It looks cleaner and modern(ish). There are a lot of vacancies including where Reignforest tea was. We walked the entire perimeter of the top floor once and then the perimeter of the bottom floor twice which was an estimated 1.5 miles. Not a very far walk, but it was with intensity. A few notable stores in the mall were Macy's, rack room shoes and bath and body works. Otherwise, the mall was pretty dead with little activity. The food court was the area that was most booming with activity but it still felt like a ghost town. If you've ever seen zombie apocalyptic movies, it kind of has the vibes like the mall you would be running into to escape from the zombies. Except the mall was already dead when it was open.
