Then if you are doing the service, you go to another room and communicate with your person. Mine was Kayla and she was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and made recommendations. Told me to take pictures for my own benefit and I got 29 units of Dysport onto my forehead. I plan to go back as we discussed working across smile lines and eyes.

I call back and ask if she has any appointments available. she expresses she has availability for Tommorow. (Which is different from what she told me before) I than state I don't know if you recognize my voice I'm the one you spoke to earlier with the kenalog appointment. She paused than she says I have to PAY a deposit for my next appointment because I cancelled the last one. When I expressed I didn't cancel anything you gave me no indication you had two different locations. she cut me off and said "well that's fine the deposit is 50 dollars". Extremely unprofessional. Since I heard this clinic has a good deal on kenalog injections I paid the deposit . Literally on the day of my appointment she cancels saying I can not get my injections because the nurse is sick. She than gives me the date she initially gave me the first time she called me. Seems pretty clear to me she lied about sooner availability to snatch a deposit out of me.

The pigment was removed by the laser maybe due to high temperature. I think the sun spots blended in more with my skin. A dermatologist said I have hypopigmentation and it may or may not go away. Time will tell. It's been 6 months and they are still there. If I get a tan on my face, the hypopigmentation does not tan.Hoping it will go away with time.

The technician explained every single step she was taking, so that I understood what was being done. I loved this part of the treatment, because so many places just proceed without saying anything. I've had a couple of facials, as well as the microdermabrasion treatments, and my skin was positively glowing after each session. I've suffered from rosacea for the past couple of years, with extreme redness, as well as blotchy and bumpy texture on one side of my face (cheek) and forehead. I've tried so many different treatments at other spas/salons, but nothing has compared to the results I've received at Redwood. In fact, after my last session, my skin looked so good that I thought the technician had applied foundation to my skin. I left there without makeup (for the first time in YEARS) and I even went grocery shopping with no makeup on. Trust me, this was a BIG deal to me. A friend from work commented on how nice my face looked, and I told her about Redwood. She promptly booked an appointment for herself and couldn't stop raving about how good her experience was. The next time I went in, I was told that I was eligible for their referral discount, which was a nice surprise. Gotta love the customer appreciation! I purchased a package of the same treatments and I'm really excited about the results I know I'll get from Redwood. I cannot recommend this place enough. I have been struggling to find the right RMT who can truly do a deep tissue to the exact pressure I need and Wendy has been the only one that have delivered. Better than my 4 season experience too dare I say. She has excellent control when it comes to consistent pressure or gauging the areas where she needs to concentrate, ease up or work more on. She did warn me that due to the deep pressure I may be sore the next day but you know what? I was not. I was limber, flexible and felt like a million bucks. While this level of deep tissue may not be for everyone, Wendy is the only RMT I have worked with so far that can adjust the pressure and constantly asks for feedback. Conversation was great. If you want to relax you can do that as well and doze off without needing to carry on much of the chit chat. I was extremely surprised to find this level of satisfaction with a random place I completely found by fluke. Really went above and beyond for my customer experience. Apart of that the clinic is clean and they provide slippers for you to change into which I like as a added spa feel. They also do lash extension, facials and laser hair removal (none of which I have tried). Up next, I want to try the Thai Massage which Wendy recommended.
