They initially let one of my referrals time-out without notifying me or my doctor until I followed up with them after an abnormally long wait without having heard anything. They told me at that time that I was no longer in line to wait for an appointment and would need to start from scratch. So for that issue I've just had to go without healthcare attention for quite a long time because of the office's mistake. They were not courteous or apologetic about the problem on the phone. Separate to that, I did get an appointment with another of their doctors under another referral (this doctor didn't treat the first issue which is why there were separate referrals); and at that appointment while checking in the desk staff were rude and short with me and I also overheard them gossiping negatively about patients while I was sitting waiting for my appointment. Incredibly unprofessional behaviour overall that has left me with a negative impression of the service at the office. It's a shame because even though the doctor seemed to be really good, the interactions I've had with the staff are bad enough that I'll still have to seek out alternative care options.

He made sure that his staff booked me in the following week for a follow-up. He didn't charge me for the injections and I am probably sure OHIP only covers the visit. He also introduced me to his staff and the ladies at the front are so nice and welcoming. I've been to see other derms and let me tell you, if the staff at the front aren't happy, there must be something wrong at that clinic. I may consider getting my botox done by him!
