I was impressed that they were in touch with me to book an appointment within a few days of the referral, and that the appointment was within a couple of weeks. Entering the clinic, I was soothed and pleased by the relaxing atmosphere of the waiting room. I felt as if I had entered a spa, rather than a medical clinic. I met Dr. Blakeney, a compassionate, understanding dermatologist, who scrutinized my condition and recommended a minor surgical procedure. It turned out that it could be done in-house, by a plastic surgeon affiliated with the clinic. I was so pleased to avoid a hospital visit for what was a very minor and brief procedure.
My procedure has just finished, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The staff is kind, compassionate, and listens to your concerns. The plastic surgeon, Dr. Padeanu, was friendly, personable, and a real perfectionist when it came to ensure a result that would look good, as well as get the job done.
Throughout my Elevate Dermatology experience, I felt confident that I was in very good hands!
