When I asked for clarification, they questioned who had confirmed it, even though they do not send email confirmations. Overall, the scheduling and communication are extremely disorganized. I had to post on Yelp because he paid to hide his bad reviews on the other major ratings site. Last year, I had what was supposed to be a routine laser treatment at his office. Dr. Weksberg's nurse "Jen", working under his direction, performed the treatment wrong and damaged my entire face, leaving me with burn marks, wide pores, redness and brown discolouration. Multiple doctors have explained to me that Jen COMPLETELY messed up during my treatment, burning my skin, and I really wish that Dr. Weksberg had done more to make sure that his nurse was properly trained and vetted before allowing her to use a laser on my face. I have thus far had several treatments to try to improve the mess that Dr. Weksberg and Jen made of my face, but, sadly, much of the damage is not fixable. I cannot stress enough how awful this ordeal has been. All this time, whenever I asked Dr. Weksberg for help he pretended that nothing was wrong in some sort of twisted attempt to avoid taking responsibility for what happened. For months after the failed laser treatment he did almost nothing to help me and instead let other more competent, decent and talented dermatologists work at fixing his mistakes. Trusting Fred Weksberg has cost me my self-confidence, and I would not wish what I have been through on my worst enemy. As a healthcare professional myself, I am deeply concerned about the safety of patients in this practice, especially those that are treated by Dr. Weksberg's nurse. The procedure took a total of ten minutes. At the end, while looking in her office mirror at my face, (that looked no different than when I came in) I asked "when can I expect to see results?" Her response was "it's immediate! See the glow? That's all it does, it just gives a glow to the skin! Your skin won't peel!" There was no "glow" to my skin at all and if I wanted just a glow I would have gotten a simple facial somewhere else, and then at least it would've been an enjoyable experience. She tried to sell me on buying a package of six of these "chemical peels", which to no surprise, I declined. Needless to say, I won't be back.

First of all, I waited 2.5 hours just to be seen by the doctor for something as simple as skin tags. Then, unbelievably, they refused to remove them the same day and instead gave me an appointment 2 weeks later. Despite their very high price (around $200 with tax), I agreed. But it gets worse... The night before my appointment, I got really sick. I tried calling them, but since it was after hours, there was no proper system to leave an urgent cancellation message. I emailed them twice -- both emails bounced back, saying cancellations must be done by phone only! The next morning, from 7:40 AM to 10 AM, I called three times before someone finally answered. I was clearly sick, and instead of any understanding, their extremely rude receptionist just kept repeating like a robot: "Policy... you have to pay a $100 charge." No empathy. No understanding. Just money. So let me get this straight: You make patients wait almost 3 hours, refuse to treat them the same day, but then charge them when they get sick and try to cancel responsibly? Are you kidding me?! Honestly, it feels like their email and voicemail systems are intentionally set up not to work, just so they can unfairly charge patients. This feels like a complete scam. And this wasn't even the first time. I had a similar experience when I went with a friend: We waited nearly 2 hours, and when my friend couldn't attend a later appointment due to illness (even after calling 20 hours in advance), they still charged because it wasn't 48 hours! Who are these people? Doctors who care about patients, or just people trying to take money from them?
