When I got there I asked to see it before, and after they told me they can't find it in their system but showed us a picture of an eyebrow removal realizing that they wouldn't have a picture because they never did the procedure before. Girl told us that she won't be using any eyeball guard protection which was very unsafe and have asks her if she was supposed to use one and said no during the procedure lying to me about how it was supposed to be done. without the guard protection that was supposed to be used to protect her from the laser treatment she could have gone blind or caused serious eyesight damage her eyelids kept on moving because of the pain but if she would have the guard in place it would have kept her still. After she said it was done she didn't even do the bottom of the eyeliner, only did the top right and did even touch top left eyeliner I even told her that she didn't do all the eyes and told me she did and it just needs to heal which was a fucking lie. Called the office and expressed my concerns. The lady had no disregard and was being a bitch on the phone, kept me on hold probably to tell her friend what she did wrong and told me she was not here in the office when we just did it a couple of hours ago. Anyone that wants to do a cosmetic procedure please do not come to this place. THERE ARE FAR BETTER PLACES THAN THIS FUCKING PIECE OF SHIT CLINIC. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR NOT HAVING THE KNOWLEDGE TO PERFORM A PROCEDURE

They even offer you a drink while you wait. The clinic offers none surgical and surgical procedures which i love because it makes it a one stop shop :) their facials and microdermabrasion are similarly priced to other places. Ive had cool sculpting here and they make you feel at home while the treatment is done in a private room with Netflix tv and a drink. I highly recommend this place!

As well I never felt pressured to make a decision about my surgery date or any of that. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get a breast augmentation.

I will be forever grateful to Dr Kreidstein! Dr Kreidstein performed an abdominoplasty…read morerevision/correction and literally gave me my life back. I had a traditional abdominoplasty (drains and no progressive sutures) 18 months ago by another surgeon. I developed a large seroma extending from my breast bone to my pubic bone and 4 inches across. Despite CT scans and ultrasounds indicating I had a seroma the original plastic surgeon refuted the results of the tests instructing me to lose 20 pounds as he felt it was intra-abdominal fat (my BMI was 26). For over a year I was having issues bending over, turning in bed, feeling a constant tug, tightness across my abdomen and experiencing gastrointestinal issues. It affected all aspect of my life and I was struggling with depression as a result. I finally met with Dr Kreidstein who offered to help me, other surgeons refused. Immediately after surgery, although sore from the surgery, I immediately felt so much better. Dr Kreidstein removed the large seroma and a large amount of scar tissue, tightened the abdominal muscles (as I think the original surgeon failed to do so even though it was part of the surgery)Two weeks after surgery I was able to turn in bed, unaided, a feat I was unable to do for over a year. The large bulge/seroma was gone and my abdomen was 3 inches slimmer, even with post surgical swelling. Dr Kreidstein corrected the appearance of the belly button, lowered the "too high" scar and flattened the mon pubis area. My main goal was to feel better and the cosmetic appearance was not important. Not only am a feeling a million times better but my abdomen looks absolutely tremendous! It's flat, slim and trim! I can't say enough good things about Dr Kreidstein. He was genuinely concerned about me and monitored me very closely to ensure I recovered properly. This is a doctor who practices medicine to truly help people....I only wish we had more Doctors like Dr Kreidstein!!!

Dr Solomon gave me Bellafill injections 7 years ago, with disastrous results. He acted as if he…read moredidn't know what happened to create this result, but I now know he did. Blood gushed out like crazy at the time, and that's what happens when an artery is hit. He let me walk out of his office when he knows that I could have had horrible consequences, and should have been sent directly to a hospital. He tried to minimize the situation, and acted as if I was overreacting. His offer was 4 free vials of filler from another injector. 7 years later, my face is still a mess. I have constant headaches and jaw pain. I see that he continues to inject bellafill into patients after the horrendous result with me. I have been mentally unprepared to deal with this up until now, but I'm ready to share far and wide and seek action. I have been told by other doctors that had he been honest about what happened, treatment outcomes could have been much better. Now I have to deal with this forever. I strongly suggest you stay away from this doctor as he is unable to own anything he does, and put my life at risk letting me go home that day. First two pics are 7 years ago, the others are now, and the last is a pic of the other side of my face for reference. Last pic shows damage to side of face and bruising ongoing after 7 years. And I have filler in now. It's much worse without it.

Dr Samuel is the most arrogant and rude physician I have ever encountered. He does not want to hear anything his patients have to say, and is completely closed minded. I came to him today for a breast explant consultation. I waited over an hour to see him. He tried to scare me away from the surgery. He asked me why I wanted the implants out and I told him that I had them for over 12 years and that I was in a lot of pain, I described frequent shooting pains in both breasts, moderate to severe soreness, itching and irritation under the surface of the breast, and general discomfort pretty much all the time. He would barely let me finish speaking before he told me in his own medical terms that I was going to look disgusting. I've gone to see a couple other surgeons who do explants and they have shown me their portfolios and I've been really impressed with the after photos. I went to see Dr Samuel only because my dad insisted as my dad used to be his lawyer and thought that maybe that would help ensure he took good care of me, literally so far from what happened . When I tried to explain that I had connected with an entire community of women who have had breast explants (full capsulectomy) with similar size implants as mine, and I've seen there results and they are nothing like what he is describing. Recently there have been recalls on textured silicone implants as they been shown to cause a rare form of lymphoma called BIA-ALCL, and those implants have been recalled. My implants are smooth silicone, and they have not been recalled. He told me he knows "everything", which I find interesting because he clearly missed when the FDA updated their information this past summer and virtually admitted that all breast implants can cause BIA-ALCL, it reads "the risk of BIA-ALCL is higher for textured surface implants versus smooth surface implants" (https://www.fda.gov/medical-devices/breast-implants/questions-and-answers-about-breast-implant-associated-anaplastic-large-cell-lymphoma-bia-alcl) which indicates that there is still a risk present, but I guess when Dr. Samuel said "I know everything, my dear" maybe he had missed that. Of course it is a signifantly lower risk than the textured implants which is why there is no recall happening, but a good surgeon would still be concerned about this. I didn't even have a chance to bring up the BIA-ALCL concern because he just kept talking over me. And then he accused me of being antagonistic, when I was merely trying to explain my experiences. Dr. Samuel, humble yourself a little or retire. I am really looking forward to going back to the other surgeon I consulted with last week who treated me with the utmost kindness, open-mindedness, respect and compassion. When you're paying this much money for someone to cut you open, it matters that they are not their jerk. Don't waste your time with Dr. Samuel, go somewhere else.

We had a detailed conversation about projection, long term tissue behavior, and the exact contour I wanted. While I was sitting in his office, he identified that Mentor Boost would better support my desired outcome than standard silicone and actually called his supplier to confirm availability for my surgery date. When he learned they would be available, he made the switch seamless even though it was a late decision. That moment showed me his priority was the best outcome, not profit. Surgery day was smooth (it was a joy working with his anaesthesiologist and staff on site particularly the nurses), I had virtually no bruising from day one, and my inframammary and areolar incisions were placed with incredible precision. Most importantly, from the first moment after surgery, the implants felt like they belonged to me. What truly stood out was the consistency of care. Every phase of healing unfolded exactly as he explained, including the drop and fluff transition. My follow up visits were thorough and never rushed, even when I asked detailed questions about swelling and returning to activity. At six weeks I was cleared for full workouts, stretching, lifting, and side sleeping because my recovery had been so smooth. My results look natural, proportional, and refined, and fully integrated with my body. A very special shout out to his executive staff, Naushin and the women at the office. Naushin was incredibly thorough, available when needed, and very supportive. Just a joy to work with. I believe this is one of the best teams I've worked with. Thank you.
