Of all the places I went to, UELC was the most professional, transparent, up front with information, and caring. Genuinely caring. They did not chase me down with calls to sell me surgery. They let me take my time and were available to answer any questions I had. Rutmila was my ophthalmic tech. I had many check ups with her prior to the surgery to ensure my eyes were in the best health for surgery. She was very thorough and professional, but beyond that, she was incredibly kind, reassuring, and comforting. I always felt well looked after, and I look forward to my annual check ups with her now. Dr Hong has removed several moles, from my face, to underarm to back. Thankfully none have come…read moreback cancerous. There is always a lengthy wait even with an appt, but there is no one else I would let take off my moles. He does excellent work and you would be way too close for my comfort if you could see a trace of a scar. He also layered off some teeny skin tags in my underarms that were too small to tie off. He also does good work with lightening brown spots that can happen with aging skin that didn't see enough sunscreen over its lifetime. Not mine, but I've seen the results firsthand.
