I called his office to make an appointment and spoke with "Deanna or Deena" who is one of the most unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful people I have ever encountered on the phone. She basically accused me of lying when I told her that I had consulted with Dr. Rival as an ENT in a hospital setting flatly saying "Dr. Rival does not work at St. Mikes hospital" after I told her I had seen him there, then told me that because my issue was "medical" and not cosmetic I had to wait "with the other 800 people" that had medical referrals when I asked for his availability. Only when i insisted that I had seen him in a hospital did she offer to get my chart, and when she obviously saw that I had been telling the truth, changed her tune and said "well it was not him who did the rest, it was a technician" when he was the attending doctor, and was there the whole time. She then hung up the phone on me when I asked to speak to someone else. Completely and utterly unprofessional person, and terrible attitude! After she said it was done she didn't even do the bottom of the eyeliner, only did the top right and did even touch top left eyeliner I even told her that she didn't do all the eyes and told me she did and it just needs to heal which was a fucking lie. The clinic offers none surgical and surgical procedures which i love because it makes it a one stop shop :) their facials and microdermabrasion are similarly priced to other places. Ive had cool sculpting here and they make you feel at home while the treatment is done in a private room with Netflix tv and a drink. I highly recommend this place!
