He was wearing a blue shirt so I assumed he was the manager on duty, however he surely did not act like it as he did not listen to the customers needs and clearly the code was visible and active on my phone! He then said it was just to accumulate points and not to get a free item? That sounds like false information to me. After that interaction with him we drove off and said okay thanks. Looking at my phone after that, they clearly took my code along with my points! I only have 951 points now. He clearly needs to learn customer service skills, and not have the customer have to act like it's pulling teeth just to use a valid code. No wonder they have 1 star on this location! And, the restroom was immaculate. Important things for traveller's. Nice grab and go section with some gorgeous fruit bowls. We found a Portuguese section in canned goods with a vast display of canned Portuguese seafood (tuna, sardines, octopus, squid stew and more). And some lovely Portuguese wines. We shopped!
