My husband and I walked into the Good Feet Store in Lakewood Ranch, FL, because my feet hurt so…read morebadly, that I hobbled when I walked. I was out of hope that I would ever enjoy the things I used to enjoy, like taking long walks, and working out - even just getting into the car and going out to eat. The pain took away my joy. That dat, everything changed for me. Scottie and Michael, fitted me with my shoe inserts, and almost immediately, my pain was gone. I starting bawling, because I didn't realize how much pain I was living with (even in my sleep, the pain would occasionally wake me up). when it was gone, I felt so amazing. The follow up calls and appointments make me and my husband (who is so happy that his woman doesn't walk like a monkey anymore) feel like we are in great hands. I can't say enough about Good Feet, and Scottie and Michael. They know, and believe in their product, and I am a better person because of them!!

When I called to asked her why she gave me an extra set she was so rude, told me to calm down when i asked for my money back for the extra strengthener. Really disappointed that a company that sells a decent product has such horrible customer service and return policies.

They always have a great selection of good quality clothes. It's not a "cheap" place to shop, BUT…read morethis is one of those times you get what you pay for. What puts the store over the top, though, is the sales staff. I've NEVER gone in the store and not had A1 sales service . . . period. The guys and girls are sensitive to what I'm looking for, quick to respond to my tastes, and they don't take things "offensively". Some stores get offended with "I really don't like that", but these guys, they smile, they take whatever I don't like away, and are back with something closer to my tastes QUICKLY! They don't try to push a style or a brand. They push ME to get what I WANT. They put their efforts into finding what I WANT instead of trying to convince me something I don't want is what I need. I really like that. I shop there for my wife, my son, and me. I will admit that some of the clothing there is overly "trendy" for someone past the age of 40 BUT, given a little input, the sales people there will find something appropriate (but still pretty "hip") for about anyone. If you DON'T try this Buckle store, you're doing yourself a disservice.
