Steven was about 5-10 minutes early so I greatly respect that! Both of them were able to troubleshoot where the short was, and were able to fix the tripping issue. Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a solid electrician.

His employee broke plastic hose splitter that was really close to the outdoor unit and he ordered a replacement on the spot. Didn't hide it. I then had Nick out to replace the blower motor on another unit. Something I could have done myself (3x slower), but was leaving for a work trip and needed same day service. Nick was able to replace it same day at a fair price on a rush. The next time I used the furnace, it was blowing cold. I'm sure Nick would have come out to discover the error and not charged me, but I noticed one wire wasn't connected and Nick confirmed over text and the phone this was the issue. Small issues aside, Nick is easy to work with, knowledgeable, and has proven to be trustworthy.

We were now ready to have the units installed and ducting connected. After getting several bids on the second phase of our install, we decided to go with Bryn and the Home Worx team. Bryn was always communicative and able to meet quickly to survey the house after I contacted them. His pricing was competitive and at no point did it seem like he was pushing for one set of equipment over another. When it was time for the install, the air handler was slightly too large to fit through the attic opening and we had just done drywall and paint in that room. His guys did a great job in removing a portion of the drywall to get the air handler so that we can could reinstall the drywall and not have to start all over. Those little details make a huge difference to me because it time, energy, and costs. I'd definitely recommend adding Home Worx to your list of potential HVAC contractors.

Jeremy responded to my Yelp quote request almost instantly--not with a generic email, but with a personal phone call. Right away, I could tell how personable and professional he is. He asked great questions about our EV charging project, walked me through the options, and even gave practical advice on what he would do if it were his own garage. His pricing was very fair and transparent--no surprises, just honest work at a flat rate. Communication was excellent throughout; he asked for photos of our panel to save us time, confirmed availability, and kept us updated on his ETA the day of the job. Thanks to Jeremy and his team, our new EV charger was installed quickly and correctly. We're now able to "fast charge" from the comfort of our home just days after buying our EV. If you're looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and fair electrician--especially for EV charger installs--call Nichols Electric. Jeremy goes above and beyond, and I'd recommend him without hesitation.
