Instead, while speaking with Melanie, she told me to stop by before 12:30 PM and I should be out the same day. I was given a window of about five hours, but she called within two hours instead. Wow! Talk about fast! Additionally, I was told that $200 was the payment due, which I was totally okay with. Well, imagine my surprise when she then reached back out to let me know that was a mistake and instead I only owed $120! Wow! Unfortunately, I was across town and wasn't sure if I could make it before closing (6PM). No problem! They kept my car overnight and I was able to return the next morning. My car looked good as new and I drove off with happy, good looking rims. Again, I want to stress how awesome Melanie and this business truly is. Especially in terms of payment. She could've easily allowed me to pay $200 and I wouldn't have known any better. It says a lot that she reached back out to explain that she made a mistake and instead I only owed $120. That alone speaks volumes to her and the character of this establishment. So yes, I absolutely recommend this business to everyone. The young man who helped me was polite and friendly BUT, I have noticed the last few times I have visited ANY discount tire location they are always telling me my tire sensors are not working. (I have brand new ones installed recently) I fell for this a while back and had them install all new ones and they could NOT get them to connect to the electric part of my car. After spending a few hours there they gave up and said I needed to go to the dealership. Needless to say I had to go to the dealership and have them install new ones on my SUV. This cost me triple at the dealership. I am not sure if the staff are trained to try this selling practice but I will NOT fall for it again. The same goes for trying to sell you windshield wipers just don't do it. Stick to selling tires. As for stopping at this location again...not happening.

Anyway they installed the new Cooper tires after commenting about other more costly options. Today, I rolled in with my new vehicle, that only has 22k miles, for a flat repair knowing it was possible due to location. When dropping it off a technician also agreed it could be repaired, then the phone call came stating it wasn't safe to repair and I need to purchase a new tire. I instructed the upselling caller to put the wheel and tire back in the cargo area, that's when he offered to install the spare tire. It was obvious that he had not seen the tire himself as the spare was already installed as I had driven to them on the full-size spare tire. I promptly took it to the dealership 20 minutes away for confirmation and repair. Females beware! This place isn't honest unless you are purchasing a new tire and even when purchasing an entire set they tell you there are better options for a different tire as an upsell.
