Ordered online. The delivery time was 5:31, at 5:50 I called them , and they said it was out for delivery and they were busy so they can't deal with the problem. I asked if I could bring the food to them if it was cold, they hung up on me. 6:05 the food arrives cold, the driver back down the walk quickly when I told him it was cold. Food is good but my instructions are NEVER followed! I always ask for contactless delivery and write in the delivery instructions to just ring the doorbell and leave the food on the front step. Sure enough tonight, your driver just kept ringing the doorbell over and over again until I answered. I am recovering from surgery and did NOT want to come to the door in person! What is the point of leaving instructions if they are NEVER followed?! Also - online orders always take at LEAST an hour and a half to get delivered! Update a day later, still can't get anyone to answer or return messages. Word around Facebook groups is there are new owners and things aren't just good anymore. (It's not just me) sad because it was the best in town, they are losing their regulars. This has been our go to for the past 5 years, however lately we've had lots of issues, but they have been small so we never complained. This time on Halloween we ordered 3 pizzas, onions rings and cheese fries with extra cheese. The cheese fries and extra cheese that we paid for didn't come. We called 5 mins-ish after delivery and told the female who picked up. She said someone would immediately be right back. (Also we live 4mins from pelleritos) No one ever came back with the cheese fries and extra cheese. I called the next day and a young female answered the phone, I told her there was and issue with my order the night before and she immediately said hold and was asking people in the back if they knew of any issues. They all said no. She gets back on and says someone will call me in a few hours by 1:30.pm (At this point is 11:30am) and now 24 hours has gone by and no return phone call. I tried contacting on social media today as well but nothing. At this point I'd just like a refund since I didn't receive the item and I'll be on my way please. read more

Terrible, called in order, got there and ready to pick up but person got a phone call and proceed to handle the call even though I was right in front of her. Then another person was about to help and he got a phone call and decided that was more important... All in all a 5 minute wait to pick up. TAKE THE LIVE PERSON FIRST, PUT THE CALL ON HOLD!!! Pizza shop recently changed hands. New owners are cutting corners with negative results. This place was my "go to" for pizza. It appears the new proprietor is using the same recipe for the crust which is a plus. The problem lies in their cutting back on the amount on the toppings, which is a major minus. Pelleritos is a pizzeria located in a shopping center. Upon entering, you will see a small counter and a handful of tables. There is no wait service so everyone orders at the register and can sit themselves. The seating is limited. I went in with a large group during a busy lunch hour and I was surprised by how quickly the food came out. I ordered a chicken pesto panini and the chicken was the star of the show! It was fresh and very flavorful. My meal came with fries and I thought they were very good. Overall, I'd recommend Pelleritos and I cant wait to try more items off this menu! read more

Staff isn't wearing masks other than the girl at the register who keeps touching hers. Customers weren't wearing masks in the store and they didn't say anything, despite the sign on the door. Food is good, driver is nice. I will rethink this place until after the pandemic is over. read more

Let me start by saying that I had high hope for this place. I found it when getting Chinese next door. The establishment looks very clean inside. I have only ordered from here twice. The plain pizza is pretty enjoyable but the Sicilian was far from that. It reminded me of a large Ellio's pizza that was under cooked. On half of the pizza you cold see the strands of cheese that wasn't melted. And the crust/base was so light that it could have been considered a savory angel food pizza. We love Sicilian's and only ordered one from here because our favorite spot didn't have them at the time. Big mistake on our part, but you don't know unless you try. We also ordered Mozzarella sticks. They were also a bit under cooked. The sauce was very thin and under seasoned. I would eat their regular pizza again but I don't know about anything read more

So my family and I discovered this delivery spot by chance and this is our FAVORITE for everything now!! The burgers, the pizza, the pasta with vodka sauce all Amazing. The only thing that's disappointing are the fries. They are never cook long enough and are quite soggy when they are delivered to us. But we've loved everything else! Recently moved to the area and was looking for a good takeout spot. The pizza here is pretty good. Not greasy like some of the other spots and pretty good flavor. As far as the other items, not very good. We usually just get the pizza for that reason but we have gotten fries, wings, and chicken and regular cheesesteaks. The cheesesteaks barely have any meat on them and have been extremely overcooked every time. They need to add more cheese and meat and cook the meat less. Ordered online through their website. Was advised pizza would be ready in 1 hour 10 minutes. Arrived at the site at the advised time and paid for the pizza, then waited another 15 minutes before the cashier took a pizza down off the top of the oven that was there the entire time I waited. So the ratings: Food, okay. I have had far better pizza elsewhere, just not in Harleysville. Maybe this is the best you can get there. Service, horrible. I was so excited when I saw the option online for more sauce, less sauce, well done, lightly done, etc. Pellerito's will customize your pizza basically any way you want which is a beautiful thing. Ordering online is very easy and turnaround time is very accurate. Ordered a large pizza (shouldn't (p)izza be capitalized?) with eggplant,had it delivered, I almost burnt my tongue it was still that hot. I have never been disappointed in their (P)izza, always taste so delicious. I would say the best in the area. Blind taste test they would beat Toscos. Pellerito's is in the same place a few other pizza places failed but I'm pretty sure this one will survive and thrive. Although I do miss getting a somosa with my pizza like I did with Snappys. One other thing their french fries are hard and crispy delicious not like the steamed wet, limp fries you get from other places so make sure you order them. read more

I love this place! I get delivery from them on a fairly consistent basis, and have never had anything to complain about. Their portions are generous, and the delivery drivers are always cheerful and prompt. I've never had them be late but they are frequently early with my delivery.
