We purchased a ten-year-old home and wanted to upgrade the windows…read more We contacted six companies. After about a month of research Windows of Wisconsin came out on top. They were the ONLY company that removes the siding before installing the windows. They install the windows like new construction with a "nail flange". Having built homes myself years ago, I can tell you they do it the right way. From Matt the sales person to the office and the install team they are top notch. We could not be happier with the entire company. Fairly priced and excellent service.

Windows are great, installation team was very good and efficient…read more Leadership of Windows of Wisconsin is completely unreliable, provide very little communication until confronted and do not do what they say they will do. In shipment, one of the windows was broken but was replaced eventually (supply chain delays) . In January we were informed by Shop manager the window was in, but when install team arrived they didn't have correct window so the window had to be reordered due to lace of communications within Windows of Wisconsin. In March, we finally were notified the correct window was in, and we had it installed. The finish work was not completed as they didn't have the correct materials with them to complete the work. The Shop manager called me after I finally sent an email indicating my lack of satisfaction with their processes. The Shop manager called and did apologize for the absolute lake of communications and said he would PERSONALLY come and finish the job. On the agreed upon date and time he was supposed to PERSONALLY come he ended up sending one of his installers to complete the job. Ultimately the job was still not complete because their team member came without the proper moldings etc. and also when asked about the initial post installation inspection list of items needing to be completed he had obsoletely NO idea about it. I would definitely recommend the windows, but I would NOT even consider hiring this company to do any future projects for my house.

So far they've been great for us. The most recent example was today. I had spent the entire morning trying to get our sump pump to work, and had tried everything to thaw the pipes. I had come to the conclusion that maybe it was the pump itself that was having issues, so I decided to give them a call. The person I spoke with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and had someone sent out same day to take a look. I believe his name was John and he was excellent. Super friendly and knew his stuff for sure. In the end it did turn out to simply be frozen pipes, but John took care of it, and not to mention had to work outside on the coldest day we've had in a long time. Excellent job, Sure-Dry, keep up the great work!

My project started November 2020 and I was supposed to get roof patching and front porch windows…read moreinstalled. Corey Simon said it would cost $4058 total and expected 50% down. I paid him $2058 on 12/2/2020 when all that was done was the 2x4 frame work on porch. He said he would have to come back the next day with a blow torn as the roof already had snow on it. He never showed. Once the snow started falling consistently, I knew the project wouldn't get completed until spring. Once it started to get warmer and there was no longer snow on the roof, I contacted him and he still didn't show. Then it started to rain and water started to leak into the house. I contacted him again and he said he would be by the next week. He never showed all week despite my constant calling. I then had no choice but to contact another contractor to patch the roof. That cost me another $1100 on top of what I paid him. At this point I asked for a refund and he kept putting that off. We spoke on the phone and I told him I would be taking him to small claims court which he then replied "you do whatever you need to". He continually cut me off, when I called him a liar and con man he told me he was recording me. After I continued to try to schedule a time for refund he just hung up on me. I'm a single mom and he saw easy prey. I just want my money back!
