When the delivery guy started unloading, I told him these were the wrong doors. They replaced them with the right ones. Then when the trim was opened, installer and I see the wrong base trim was sent as well! The guy at Midwest insisted that is what I chose but that was not right. They also informed me their typical protocol is to send pics of profiles and doors which would have solved this problem...we did not get any pics of profiles. I also know they are having major issues right now, so hopefully it gets better. Because I had to settle for trim I didn't chose. The doors are good now that the correct ones were installed. Sales guy likes to blame the customer so that's why they get 1 star.

They were the ONLY company that removes the siding before installing the windows. They install the windows like new construction with a "nail flange". Windows are great, installation team was very good and efficient…read more Leadership of Windows of Wisconsin is completely unreliable, provide very little communication until confronted and do not do what they say they will do. In shipment, one of the windows was broken but was replaced eventually (supply chain delays) . In January we were informed by Shop manager the window was in, but when install team arrived they didn't have correct window so the window had to be reordered due to lace of communications within Windows of Wisconsin. In March, we finally were notified the correct window was in, and we had it installed. The finish work was not completed as they didn't have the correct materials with them to complete the work. The Shop manager called me after I finally sent an email indicating my lack of satisfaction with their processes. The Shop manager called and did apologize for the absolute lake of communications and said he would PERSONALLY come and finish the job. On the agreed upon date and time he was supposed to PERSONALLY come he ended up sending one of his installers to complete the job. Ultimately the job was still not complete because their team member came without the proper moldings etc. and also when asked about the initial post installation inspection list of items needing to be completed he had obsoletely NO idea about it. I would definitely recommend the windows, but I would NOT even consider hiring this company to do any future projects for my house.
