I had to put Jarret's visit off twice because the lake flies were so thick, we couldn't open a window for even a second. Fortunately, he had some flexibility and could accomodate our schedule. He did a expert job and the windows operate like new. He also addressed an intermitent leak at our sylight. We were building/installing a new custom door and ran into trouble when we discovered that the door was warped, so we called Jarret for help. In addition to the warp, there is a difficult transition between the inside of the house and the porch that was a challenge. i.e. not a transition that a regular threshold could solve. Jarrett built a custom threshold and trimmed out the door in a way that conceals all the problems. We were impressed beyond words. Jarret is detail-oriented perfectionist.
