So he said he was going to put medal posts in since i didn't want concrete. I have treated posts and cedar fence. Medal? No!!! It's not that I was opposed of concrete, I was simply going by what others would and wouldn't do. I've been waiting to get it done since April. Like i would say no to concrete to secure my posts. If he simply contacted me via phone instead of text there would have been no issues. Stay away, yet another soft kid that would rather communicate via words vs face to face or at least voice to voice. He's full of lies, so when someone says they'd come by to give an estimate and never show up day after day. Damn right I'm going to call/text to see if they are still interested. The fence fell during our April storm and yes I want it done. I needed an estimate to send to my insurance company. Stay away, Seriously!!! Upset that I wanted an estimate and fence done ASAP. As I said, soft and sensitive!! And who is Eric? Wow!!

Mr. Sandman brought us a dream... hardwood floor!…read more My wife and I recently purchased a home which was in need of new flooring. Our deep desire was to replace the old carpet/laminate/etc. with real hardwood. We wanted a classic look. We contacted Mr. Sandman (Josh) based on a recommendation and were not disappointed! The recommendation to call Josh came from a flooring outlet shop in town (UFO Flooring on Velp). When one professional confidently recommends another - that's usually a good sign. From the start, Josh was great to work with. He met us at our home and took the time to walk through it, understand what we were looking for, and answer all the questions we had. He explained the pros/cons of different materials, talked about installation methods, and offered suggestions to help us stay within our budget. He really cared that we were happy not just with the finished product, but also with the experience of working together. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the little things, his attention to detail and the fact that he takes such pride in his work. I could stop now and it would still be a good review. However, the thing that really put Josh over the top was his customer service. When picking a contractor, sometimes you're lucky just to get someone who does good work OR is friendly to work with - Josh exceled in both areas. He's one of the nicest and friendliest guys you'll ever meet. The best way I can describe it is - if you're throwing a neighborhood BBQ - you're absolutely inviting Josh to stop by! He and his crew did great work, and I'm sure it will last a long time. But when the day finally comes to have it refinished - there's no one else we would call!
