What a great dish! We shared a bottle of the Assyrtiko from Santorini and it brought back memories of Greece. Lastly we shared some Baklava to finish and it was delish. Great all around. The beets salad was disappointing -- arugula was just-unfrozen and tasted crispy (unbelievable), the roasted beets only weighed 2.5oz, even less than the feta cheese. The suace of my tajine was rich and flavorful. It was a good idea to add sundried tomato to the sauce. I did enjoy the diced green beans and butternut squash. However, the beef was too chewy. They could have used much fattier cuts. Pita was OK, at least not overly charred. Service was good. My server was quite friendly and the food came out in reasonable amount of time. And when I asked him about the ingredients in the tajine, he could not answer it accurately but he helped me ask the kitchen.
