Maybe my top favorite cafe in Boulder. From the staff to the ambiance, really no complaints. All their drinks are delicious, tea, boba and coffee a like. Really hope they stick around for a while

Blue bird sky boba summer menu

Great cafe with lots of options for drinks and food. I recently tried the blue bird sky boba off the summer menu and it was so good! I also like the strawberry boba, spicy green chai, and peace of mind tea. I actually don't like boba, but Pekoe does it so well that this is the only place I get it from. The interior is clean and well decorated. There's plenty of parking, and it's not too crowded or loud. Can't wait to go back again soon and try something else.

Original Boba with one pump of agave

I really enjoyed my Original Boba with the black tiger iced tea. If you want medium sweetness, ask for one pump of agave. This was a really good find!

I stopped there for a sip. I got a chia chai. It was quite tasty with flavors of almond milk and banana. There are four tables outside with a view on the Flatirons while you sip. They have a nice selection of teas and drinks. I will come back.

It might seem like an easy name, but the only name I want to call it is Peek-a-boo, which might pull in the wrong demographics or potential employees, but I guess I wouldn't mind... Chai and strippers... It seems to be a good tag line. Anyway, Pekoe is a small north Boulder coffee shop where I have only visited to meet other people for meetings. Despite being a place where I go for meetings, I have discovered that it is not the best place to meet for meetings. The coffee shop is small and narrow and you feel like you are in people's way when they are waiting in line to order. The chai is good and naturally sweet, and during the cold Colorado winters, this is a perfect introduction to the day. The free WiFi is a plus, but I do have to complain about the food. They don't have that many choices and I think I was starving at the time and I ended up buying a Lara Bar instead of a mini meal. * Star one for bringing the community together ** Beam me up buttercup is for free WiFi so I never actually see real life in action *** Sweet tooth star three is for naturally sweet Chai **** Cars are for losers star four is for free and easy to find parking

Love this spot!! Coffee was just what I needed before a long hike and the carrot cake was the perfect, sweet treat after.

They are apparently planning a grand opening when summer arrives. I had seen it when eating on the west end of Pearl, just east of the new expanded Hapa sushi that took over the space of two that closed in the pandemic. This space is part of one that closed. I looked through the menu and found a fruit tea that has no caffeine, a choice I medically need. It is winter melon and it seems good for today, snow on the ground but not cold or windy. I ordered it with boba and they were so fresh and soft. Perfect. When I asked for it at a lower sweetness that was on the wall poster, the staff member informed me they actually do not have control of this other than diluting it. So that is what I had her do. It still tasted great and not too sweet but it does dilute it some. Other shops apparently use a separate sweetening syrup rather a premixed solution. As another Yelp review mentioned, it is very small inside with one wall with a bench to sit for a short time. It's actually quite pretty though and the staff efficient and friendly. I am giving it a 5 because only the sweetness was a small issue but it's really a 4.5 until they expand options. So glad to have them on Pearl in such a popular block. Though it is only Winter Melon that cannot be altered this way. Other teas can be easily customized.
